Staff need to be more helpful for the customer. They need to be more pro active.. On the other hand nice shop good collection.

Love this shop. Small but tidy....has everything needed in a well laid out and organised fashion. Great variety and prices. Helpful staff.
Some good produce both frozen and non. Prices are comparable with other retailers, but cheaper if buying their multi offer buys. Always well stocked, clean and staffed by polite and professional staff.

Cardiff farmfoods waste of space it don't do the deal that is says in the magazine... so had to travel all the way up to Swansea instead....
Good for your basic shop and always find some great offers especially on short date food items. Brilliant parking. Also has another supermarket opposite which is handy if you can't find everything you need here.
I did a really good shop. I was surprised because I thought it would be all frozen stuff but it wasn't. Got a lot of deals and also used their voucher on their leaflet and saved money. Their food tasted great and I look forward to shopping there again. Staff were helpful and polite. We went early in the morning and it was pretty busy but checkout staff kept the line going down as quickly as they could.
