I like the vast range of products here very cheap good stuff the prices clean but the only issues I have is everything I like is not in my size which is XXL. Also I have to say the amount of brand new items they literally throw into the skip is absolutely mind numbing.
Served by a young girl called Grace today. She came across as if she didnt want to be there, & was rude. Very poor customer service and no courtesy or manners. Its a shame really.
I came to this TK Maxx from Cardiff city centre hoping for a big selection. The store was large and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, at the central Cardiff store I could try on around 30 pairs of shorts and trousers, whereas here I could barely try on 10. The men's section felt much smaller than I expected, and I regretted making the trip. If you live nearby it's fine, though.

Another fabulous trip to the Maxx! Didn't really want much, I thought - anyway. Came away with a beautiful bird nesting box, three hot drink mug/flasks, choc & raspberry cookies, socks and a sporty 'final clearance' watch. Off to M&S for a cuppa now.
I am 80 years of age and I have lunch in many restaurants pubs, inns, whatever in a lot of countries of this world. I can honestly say that the lunch I had in the Bear Inn cowbridge today was one of the best if not the best I have ever had.
