Hi my first visit since lockdown. I have always enjoyed shopping at this branch. This visit was no exception. The manager Adrian was directing and welcoming customers into the store with due care and concern. I found the arrow system helpful and there was sufficient space to feel ar ease whilst shopping. Also I noticed that common courtesy was displayed by other customers for social distancing probably because the staff were all making sure that the safety measures were adhered to. It was very nice to have a chance to look at the clothes again and I purchased 4 items of clothing. After this I went on to the food department where a very nice young woman was manning the queue line doing so in a friendly and efficient manner. Now that I know that the whole shopping experience is far better managed than other stores that I have frequented recently, I will return when I next need to shop. Thankyou! Jacqueline Ingham

The perfect size store with very friendly staff. Enjoy having coffee with friends in the cafe. I always look around clothes and often buy something. Parking very convenient. I visit once a week for food, & sometimes wine. I like the Dine in for Two selection, and often buy.

M&S food hall great as always. Good products good value. Good staff. However next Xmas please sell your tangerines in boxes and individually tissue paper wrapped. That way we know that they are all the same product and not a mixed bag of various specimens of fruit.

Lovely store. Very helpful staff. There is a lift for those who may not be able to manage stairs. Wide range of styles and sizes in the clothes department and delicious treats in the food hall. Trolleys and baskets available and good parking with plenty of spaces for disabled parking.

Marksies in my opinion have "upped their game" in quality and stock of sizes. Their sales are proper sales now with real bargain knockdowns. I suppose this had to happen or die. I have always had the opinion that if stores not only M&S but all traders, if you ran out of specific sizes etc you have nothing to sell and become uncompetitive and unreliable.

Nice smallish M&S store. The baby changinv & feeding room is small though. It's hard to move around with a pram in there. It was also pretty stinky and needed a thorough clean. Not up to standard for nappy changing and seem & really unpleasant for feeding. Expected better of M&S
