   In store shopping today for Christmas dinner. Came in through the cafe because I parked that side so started at flowers which was all dead so didn't buy any, then fruit and veg. I had to dig through the broccoli and cauliflower trying to find if any were edible. I didn't get more pics because I had my two small children with me. All the cauliflowers were moudly. All the broccoli brown. Because there was so many people in there look through all the dead flowers for good ones and then having to sift through the veg to get anything good it took me over an hour. I found out they have no spouts left so now I have to go to Tesco so I grabbed what I could within 5 minutes and left because it was so over whelming. Won't be shopping there during Christmas again.

   Fantastic experiences of late . Congratulations to the staff who run a tight ship . The Monday before Christmas was extremely busy , even at 9am . So well stocked and very organised. We were pleasantly surprised by the value of the food that we bought . The quality is never in doubt .

   Tried to order food, met with what can only be described as is “attitude”. It’s Christmas, totally accepting staff are pushed to their limits (and perhaps beyond) but it’s also unacceptable that customers should bear the brunt of staff morale. The store (especially the food market) was incredibly busy - with one in one out policy, more than fair enough but to be told “how dare you push in, there’s a queue” when simple trying to pay is crazy. There was a make shift approach to queueing to pay, the started near the alcohol section and worked its way back to the freezer section, the issue is this isn’t obvious. The store was busy - i do not mind waiting my turn. I do mind having someone bark orders at me, when the store is so busy it’s impossible to tell the difference between a queue and just shoppers. This isn’t just any queue, this is a m&s queue.

   It's huge but the layout in the clothing/ home departments is a bit confusing (maybe partly due to how big it is). Food hall is well stocked with a good range of stock and some excellent lunch options. On my visit I didn't feel any of the staff were particularly friendly. Easy to park.

   Ordered eggs Benedict and jacket cheese and coleslaw. Both were cold and jacket had no coleslaw. Really poor. Plus choice was non existent, evey previous choice was out of stock. On a positive note, coffee was nice

   I've been reading the latest reviews and they appear to have been written by a load of nit pickers. I visit M and S weekly with my wheelchair bound mother. Yes, some things may be less than perfect but in general the staff are friendly and long standing, the food is excellent and the clothes are excellent. M and S is great British institution and it tries hard to please. Mother and I enjoy our shop. In an age when retail is in difficulty, I'm pleased M and S continues to thrive.

   Visited last week, cafe staff were rude and unfriendly! Staff in the ladies undies section were amazing. Helpful, friendly and professional. Nothing was too much to ask of them in this busy season. Thank you ladies (maybe you can send some of your friendliness to the cafe staff)

   Based just off of the roundabout, this is a very large Marks and Spencer with an equally large M&S Food hall. The food hall has been refurbished to look very contemporary and clean, with a large selection of fresh, frozen and many Deli counters, a mixture of self service, scan and shop and standard tills available. Also has a very large car park both outdoors and covered.
