   Staff are useless just went in to order a present for Christmas, woman at the pay desk says not in stock goes outside orders fine online. Spoiled the present because now they can see it ordered online Won't be buying or ordering nothing from Argos in the future, hate this shop and staff were a joke

   One male employee that served me just after Christmas was very friendly and helpful. Tried to return a product that was faulty (less than 14 days after purchase) and even after describing the faults 2 older female employees refused to return the product because the seals had been broken - despite the product being no use. Incredibly rude, was shrugged at multiple times and told "I think there's nothing wrong with it, you just don't want it." Have since gone to another store who were really friendly and helpful. Not the service you expect from Argos.

   Looking at these reviews say that the staff were very friendly but when I went there the other day the staff were talking to me in a very rude manner and tried to ignore me! Wouldn't recommend and definitely won't be coming back here again. Waste of oxygen.
