“My partner and I had our scan yesterday, and from the moment we walked in, the warm and welcoming reception team made us feel completely at ease. We decided to upgrade to the gender package, not for the gender reveal, since we’re keeping that a surprise, but so we could see our little one in 4D and take home some lovely digital photos. It was such a magical experience and gave us so much reassurance that our baby is doing wonderfully. The clinic is spotless, professionally run, and very reasonably priced. Highly recommend!”

“My experience at Cardiff Cosmetic Clinic was pleasurable. I went for a consultation to get a mole removed and Dr Raj was very quick to decipher that it was benign, and therefore would be an relatively easy procedure. He explained the step-by-step procedure well, and showed me visual aids of how the healing process worked and offered to perform the procedure then and there (without the need for a follow-up appointment). Once again, the step-by-step was explained well to me and the procedure was over within 10 minutes. I will update this review as the healing progresses, but as of right now, I am very happy with my experience.”

“I have been coming to Sebastian Rose for vitamin B12 treatment, and Rachel has put me so at ease with how knowledgeable and experienced she is in what she does. You have to be able to trust the person treating you, and Rachel always takes the time to share what she knows as well as to give time to check if I have any questions before treatment. The treatment I have is a quick procedure, but it has never felt rushed and I have been well looked after and cared for. It's a lovely comfortable setting, with a warm welcome from both Kat and Rachel. On top of that, there is great communication, appointment reminders the day before, the location is easy to get to, and prices are really fair. So happy to have found this place!”

“Gethin has been brilliant. I was in agony with hip pain (GTPS) and within a few weeks my hips were better than ever. I recently also switched from an NHS physio to Gethin for a MCL injury and in just 2 weeks feel like Im making better progress already. The app used by the medical makes it easy to remember what exercises to do and how to do them correctly. The admin side of The Medical is also very efficient. Appointments are easy to book and you receive text reminders. With the NHS I could never get through on the phone and the text reminders would sometimes fail. I highly recommend The Medical.”

The reception staff were extremely helpful and very kindly booked us in straight away. From start to finish, the veterinary team was extremely attentive to Martha-May and could not do enough for her and us. All staff provided a professional and friendly service.
