   I’ve been going to SK:N for my laser hair removal treatments and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment you walk in, the team makes you feel comfortable and well looked after. The level of professionalism and care they show is outstanding. A special shoutout to Stephanie, the manager, who always goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly and that clients feel valued. And Teona, the senior operator, is absolutely amazing; she’s skilled, patient, and makes every session as easy and comfortable as possible. I really appreciate the warm, friendly atmosphere and the consistent high-quality service I’ve received. Thank you to the whole SK:N team for your great work, I can’t recommend them enough!

   I had an amazing Experience!! From the get go everyone is as so lovely and I am extreemly happy with my results! They were very open and honest with me with what could be achieved with my hair colour, but I was still extremely happy with my finial results. Would recommend to anyone and will definitely be going back for other treatments myself

   Aiste has done a perfect job. Quick, efficient and took her time ensuring I am comfortable during the laser hair removal. I usually struggle with pain but she ensured I am comfortable and stopped when needed, also distracted me during the procedure so I did not feel overwhelmed.

   Overall SKN have provided a good service. I have had no problem setting up appointments, with a text reminder which is useful. The appointments have been good with access to herbal tea, etc. beforehand in a waiting room and prompt treatment, all done with care. However, the only point to highlight is that it is disappointing that you are offered free samples as part of the offer package but don't get all the products on offer. Previously they supplied a lovely sunscreen face product which I loved. This new package I've started they had none of the product left, which is fair enough. But not offered an alternative skin product. I have spent nearly £1000 with the two treatment packages I have had in the past 12 months, and it seems a shame they can't offer me a facial skin cream product which costs the company a few pounds. Otherwise, I am happy with the rest of the service.

   I have been coming here (previously destination skin) for laser hair removal for the past couple of years. The hair removal is an amazing success and one of the best decisions I could make! I ended up having reaction in one of sessions. I cannot fault their aftercare. Was swiftly seen by a nurse and was provided products free of charge to help clear up. I was also provided follow ups to monitor my reaction and am gladly coming back as confident as ever! Great service

   The process from enquiring to having my consultation was so quick! I enquired on a Wednesday and I had an appointment for the Sunday. I was so impressed that they offered Sunday appointments as it meant I didn’t have to take time off work. The appointment great and I was able to have my treatment done there and then. There was a woman at reception when I got in and she was so friendly and helpful. She came to get me from the waiting room when the doctor was ready for me. The doctor (Dr Simon Harries) was attentive, friendly, and reassuring. He explained everything well and offered the treatment that day. He then made sure I was fine throughout the treatment (which was very quick) and explained aftercare to me. There were two women at reception when I paid, the same one as earlier and another - both were so lovely and friendly! Overall it was a fantastic experience. Well worth the cost and trip to Cardiff to reassure me (it was a scary looking skin tag which turned out to be a wart!) and get it removed. I’ll definitely be keeping Skin Clinic in mind for future needs. Thank you everyone ❤️

   I was running late for my appt due to an event in Cardiff causing massive traffic delays. The receptionists and the therapists were incredibly kind and reassuring. They made me feel at ease and welcomed when I arrived. The treatment was delivered carefully and I had plenty of opportunity to stop when needed. I was very impressed with the practitioner who did my treatment. She was excellent
