   Always had a professional and friendly service with Julia and those she has trained / other staff at the clinic. I've always been re-assured of any fears / concerns, listened to and follow up care provided. Perhaps the most important thing about the service is that aftercare doesn't end the moment you leave the salon. Julia follows up every step of the way, she's consistent, reassuring and makes sure you're safe, well and happy with your results. Since my first visit, I've returned my numerous times and the service is consistently great.

   I have been to Julian’s clinic 3 times and each times have made me feel comfortable and welcome. I have been 3 different times for lips which I have loved the result of. Once being classic and twice being butterfly. Julia and everyone have been amazing whilst I’ve sat through my treatments making sure I’m comfortable. I definitely recommend Julia's clinic.

   Lovely salon and so professional! I have struggled over the past 4 years trying to find the right place for lip filler as I have had some really bad experiences in my time or have been left disappointed as the results only last for a short time! I have always left the salon happy my first treatment was actually done by a student which I was slightly nervous about but Julia is so thorough and professional she really knows her stuff and it puts you right at ease so glad I found this place I would 100% recommend!

   The cheaper product doesn’t stay that long with me (which was fine, because all body’s are different. I just went there more often) she offered me a more expensive product which sould stay longer. I agreed and payed 250£ for 1ml. Now my lips are full of lumps. I‘ve ask her what we can do to solve this problem as it doesnt look nice. I never criticized her but when I have these problems, of course I ask for advice or a solution for it. That’s what I expect from professional service provider. She said nothing about the pictures I’ve sent her and the fact that my lips are lumpy. she just said that I'm always complaining and that it might better to go somewhere else. For me this is very unprofessional. Is it just my imagination? You can decide, please look at my pictures below. Would you be happy to pay 250£ for this result ??

   Fantastic service. Loved my eyelash extensions and shellac nails. Such lovely staff and great at what they do. I'll be going back. Oh and a lovely salon too :) Been back to get my eyelash extension infills done. Again - amazing service, they look fantastic and I'm so happy with the results. Thank you to everyone at the salon.

   It’s been 13 days since I was in your beauty studio. I had a lot of experience with nail extensions and I’ve never had broken nail before. The first broken was 2 days after the procedure. I was only one more day in Cardiff and that’s the reason I didn’t come back to complain! And it’s not only me during my procedure of nails one lady come to complain for her eyelashes. I don’t want to say anything about mine lashes because I’ve heard already the answer of the girl who is working there.

   I had a fantastic Gel pedicure here yesterday (via a Groupon voucher). The salon is fresh, contemporary and stylish. The pedicure was carried out efficiently to a very high standard. Choice of colours was excellent. Location is very accessible. Would come here again, and happily recommend to others.
