   Don’t bother. Incredibly unprofessional borderline scammers!! I had my nails done here on 18th November and deeply regret it. I booked a £15 standard polish appointment because I needed something quick and removable. Once the service had already started, I realised they were actually using gel polish, which was never clearly explained beforehand. I was only told after asking, and then charged £27 instead of £15 at the end, with the extra cost mentioned very dismissively once the service was already done. Less than 10 days later, the gel polish began peeling off on its own. Within hours it had completely come off all my nails, leaving them damaged, sore, and ruined. I did not pick at them or use anything that could have caused this. Gel polish should last 2–3 weeks minimum, so this was clearly a poor application or product issue. When the first nails peeled, I contacted the salon immediately. A free removal was agreed, but before that appointment even happened, all the gel had already peeled off, making removal pointless. I then requested a refund and from that point on, the situation was handled terribly. Emails went unanswered, I was passed between staff, and I was repeatedly told I needed to speak to Ryan who was never available. Despite clearly explaining that I could not take phone calls due to work, they continued to insist on calling instead of responding properly by email. Management eventually replied weeks later only to hide behind a 48-hour repair policy that had never once been mentioned before; not when I reported the issue, and not when the free removal was agreed. Using an uncommunicated policy after the fact to avoid responsibility is unacceptable. Mistakes happen, but the lack of transparency, accountability, and basic customer care here is shocking. I will absolutely be warning others to avoid this place!!

   She gave me an option on what lashes I wanted and I choose the length as medium and the lashes natural. While getting them done she got my bottom lashes stuck to the paper pad which hurt when she removed it. Also lashes are already coming out and way too long for my eyes. She constantly kept dropping things on the floor or on my face without an apology. It was £35 and not worth it. They are irritating my eyes and to solve that she blew in my face. Overall I’m deeply unhappy and want a refund

   I had a great experience, thanks Ryan. I got brown gels and they look amazing! The location was lovely, all of the staff were super friendly and the price was great. I’d definitely recommend getting your nails done there, and I hope to go back!

   I am in love with my holiday nails!! Venus was so meticulous with her work and I know my BIAB nails are going to stay looking amazing for weeks! My nails have not looked or felt this good for years, very happy customer! (Also very happy with my brows and tinted lashes) ❤️

   I had my eyebrows threaded and tinted by Zila and they are fab. I have had nail file and gel polish three times there and has always been great. Lovely staff and great treatments. Facial, gel polish and brows all done really well.

   Recently had gel nails done (sorry can't remember her name) and lvl lashes done by Sabina and can't fault them! My gel nails were done to perfection and lots of care taken to ensure I was happy. Sabina did a fab job with my LVL lashes- it was the first time I had it where my eyes didn't sting and she was very careful. Lovely shape after, very happy with my experience. Thank you ladies!

   Myself and my daughter had a manicure from Georgia and it was really good. She was amazing with my young daughter having her nails painted for the first time. My nails were so good, there was no mistakes and perfect smooth lines. Thank you and we will definitely be back!
