   First Encounters are fantastic, from the pre-appointment care to the follow up. Every member of staff was so welcoming and efficient and made my partner and I feel so relaxed. We received a number of complimentary products that we weren’t expecting at all! Highly recommend booking a scan if you’re looking for some reassurance or just want to see your baby a little earlier ☺️

   What an amazing experience! A really welcoming, positive environment. Information was clear and comprehensive. The sonographer was really kind and helped guide you through the process. I loved seeing little baby on the big screen! You get a set of digital photos and videos to download along with 3 free prints - a real treat to go home with. Many thanks First Encounters!

   Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish, we felt so comfortable and looked after. We were spoken to in a kind and caring way especially as a first time mum with an uncooperative baby, they were so patient. Nicki and Becky were very knowledgeable and reassuring throughout the whole process. Warren was also an absolute star and answered all our questions! We are very happy with our secret gender scan! We left with some samples and goodies to which was a lovely gesture. We would definitely recommend and hopefully return for 4d scan.

   By far the most calming, lovely, professional but comforting place, warren and the team are an absolute gem! Your made to feel at relaxed from the moment you walk in I can’t recommend enough!    Attended for the first time and First Encounters did not disappoint. We booked in for a Gender scan, From the moment we walked in they made us feel so special and also welcomed our 18 month old! Having him there made it even more special for me and my partner. The team were absolutely fantastic and made the whole experience so special which I will never forget, we are definitely going to book back in for a 4D scan with grandparents too so they can view the scan from the viewing room (another added touch that the team have thought about!) Once you’ve had the scan we were given two photos of our baby boy, and then sent an email to the cloud to access further photos and to my surprise there was even videos!! Made me feel super emotional as I can keep these videos to show him when he’s older! Thank you so so so much for a lovely experience and we cannot wait to come back!

   Myself and husband had such a lovely experience today, this is our third baby scan at First Encounters, every time is extra special and something we look forward to so we travelled to come back. The staff are always really warm and welcoming but professional when explaining and answering questions we had or when baby was being measured. We recieved our report and photos almost immediately after we left so we could share them with family members who couldn't be with us, but also took advantage of gifts too as they are all reasonably priced, especially photos. Thank you all for an extra special time and letting us see babies little face.

   The staff were all very welcoming and made our experience magical! The venue is beautifully decorated and has a loving and embracing feel as soon as you walk into reception. I would 100% book again for a gender scan and cannot wait to go back!

   Had my 4d scan last night and loved it! Warren was super friendly and welcoming on arrival and Lauren and Monique who did the scan were lovely. Such an amazing experience and the fact we were allowed additional guests was great as it meant mine and my partners mums could be there. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Thank you!

   We have had 3 scans at first encounters, one at 7 weeks, the other around 28, and our last one at 39. The staff were always very friendly, informative, and professional. We had a certain concerns along the pregnancy and felt informed and reassured at every junction. If we have another pregnancy we will definitely be visiting here again.
