just returned home after having mine and my wife's eye test, paid the extra £6.00 for a more in depth examination, well worth it. The Optometrist was very sincere in his attitude my eye sight is the same as it was 2 years ago did not try to con me into another pair of glasses, same for my wife too. The staff there are excellent friendly and have a sense of humour. Very pleasurable experience. 5 stars and more.
Was a good service despite an obviously busy day. I did wait at two points for my appointment initially and then afterwards to pay. To improve I would suggest the staff at least acknowledge they can see you waiting rather than ignoring you. Otherwise excellent

Amazing service as usual. Sue greeted with a warm friendly hello did all the eye tests and helped me find the right specs for me. Dominic, the optician, professional warm and friendly very patient and nothing too much trouble for anyone. I love that place.

Always, without fail have fantastic service. From all staff including optometrists themselves. The last occasion of dealing with them is when 'June' I believe her name was, went out of her way to call me back with other recommended contact lenses that will save me money each month because I asked for recommendations. They are the Vision express brand. I look forward to trying them.
