“Went yesterday 28/03/25 and saw the new vet with my GSD Raya. Iv kept dogs since I was 18 so numerous vets visits and the lady I saw yesterday was by far the best kindest most knowledgeable and enthusiastic vet I have ever seen. She was new to the practice but didn't get her name I'm just so thankful that I feel I have left with understanding and correct treatment plans rather than popping pills and hoping for the best until another ear infection. Thank u so much and Oxford vets she's a keeper!!! ☺️☺️”

“Always a friendly person on reception, and a calm environment. Helpful and informative and explains things to me in language I can understand (no medical jargon). My cat Loki is scared to be there, as I'm sure all pets are at the vets, but the vets are always gentle and allow him to explore the room a little. Don't have pics of the vets, but you can have pics of my boy instead, lol.”

“This practice is wonderful. Every member of staff has been kind, friendly and efficient. Yesterday, my daughter and I took her very ill chameleon there and we spoke in depth to Sophie and after her examination of Audrey my daughter decided that euthanasia was best for her chameleon. We waited in a private room and said goodbye to her. Adina, veterinary practitioner, was brilliant, so empathetic and sensitive, arranging Audrey so prettily at the end. We highly recommend this practice without reservation.”

“Our cats had their annual boosters and we went to the new Caerphilly Vet Practice in Castle View. What an amazing facility. It is modern, clean and well designed. It started with a warm welcome on reception from Sue and Tracy and then there was a special cat waiting area to help them feel safe. “Just been to this vets for the first time as we are on holiday in Watchet and my sproker, Barney, had become unwell. They were amazing!! 5 star service. When I called at lunchtime, they were full but within minutes the lovely lady on reception called me back after they had a cancellation. The reception staff were extremely helpful and very kindly booked us in straight away.
