   We recently registered our kittens Misa & Oji at this surgery and have been impressed with every appointment. The surgery is very clean, the front desk staff are friendly and welcoming, and the veterinarians are great with the cats, informative and supportive. We recently had both cats spayed and have received excellent care both pre- and post-op. The cats are always being treated with great care and receive fuss which means that they do not fear going to the vets. We have always left the practice feeling positive.

   From the moment you enter reception, you will receive the warmest welcome from the most wonderful reception team. The reception team go above and beyond to ensure your pet is as comfortable as they can be whilst visiting. The same can be said of the nursing team and surgeons. An amazing group of people who genuinely care for the animals they treat, and the owners. It's why I've used the same veterinary surgery for all of my pets over the years. I can't imagine taking them anywhere else, as it's difficult to believe my pets and I would receive the same exemplary standard of care.

   Always a friendly person on reception, and a calm environment. Helpful and informative and explains things to me in language I can understand (no medical jargon). My cat Loki is scared to be there, as I'm sure all pets are at the vets, but the vets are always gentle and allow him to explore the room a little. Don't have pics of the vets, but you can have pics of my boy instead, lol.

   After using another local vet and the service being very poor I rang Sanders for a second opinion. From the first phone call they were amazing, so friendly and helpful, when they saw my dog she ended up needing an operation the same day, the vet took the time to explain everything in detail to me too. My dog gets so anxious but they were all absolutely amazing with her, It shows that they really care about your animal.

   I have been a client of Sanders for nearly 15 years. They are a lovely team of people. From the moment you enter you feel welcomed by Trudy or one of her other colleagues. The vets like Danielle, Nicholai and others including the nurses are helpful and professional. You’re mostly concerned about your pet(s) when you need to go there but they always try to sort the issue at hand in the best way for you and your fur baby.

   Each and every one of the staff are so helpful and reassuring. They are all so supportive and and listen and care about all of the pets in their care . They go above and beyond and make each visit stress free because of their dedication and commitment to both the animals and owners. Nothing is too much or mundane and they all have a genuine love for the animals they see and treat. I completely trust them with all of our fur babies .

   My first visit to this Vet Surgery this week and really impressed with it. It's far superior to another practice in Cwmbran that I transferred from. Warm, welcoming staff at a clean, well laid out, professional looking reception area with lots of information about the staff, animal health, advice etc. on display and 2 seating sections that enables nervous pets to be out of view of others if they need to be. There is more than one vet working at a time. I saw Laura, who is lovely and was very caring towards my pet. She diagnosed and solved our problem quickly and the charges were less than I've been used to. They are able to deal with my pet insurers directly at the time of payment too, making any claim much easier and quicker for me. It's a little further for me to travel but so worth it. The only downside is that parking space is limited, like all of Pontnewydd, but that's not a reflection on the surgery. Highly recommended.
