   Sadly I had to have my dog pts and despite notifying the practice I still kept getting text messages. On contacting them to challenge this I spoke to Jess and she could not have cared any less if she tried saying ‘it’s just my job lovely’ when I asked for the reminders to be cancelled. Awful practice and not recommended:(

   They were very gentle with my kitten and always make sure he feels calm and comfortable during visits. The vets, receptionist and staffs take the time to explain everything clearly, which really reassures me as a pet owner. They’re patient, kind, and you can tell they truly care about animals. From vaccinations to general check-ups, the service has always been excellent.

   Recently made an appointment for our dog, regarding a concern. The vet we saw was brilliant in going through different treatments available, left feeling really happy and positive with the treatment chosen. Would recommend Summerdale for their Professionalism and care.

   This was our 1st time of going here with our new puppy. From the moment we walked through the door, we were greeted by really lovely friendly staff, who went out of their way for us, to make us & our puppy feel welcome & at ease. The vet was really nice. She explained everything to us & answered any questions we had. She was so good with our puppy. She put us all at ease practically straight away. We're even now going to be taking our older dog here as well. We would definitely recommend them to anyone & everyone, for all your pet needs. You won't be disappointed. We cannot praise them enough.

   I wish i had been writing this review under better circumstances! We lost our little boy Barney a few weeks ago. We could not have asked for a better service than what we got. Although it broke our hearts. Having him for nearly 15 years, he was so much more than a family pet. Everyone we dealt with treated us with dignity/respect before/during and after. We now have closure and we just wanted to say a very big thank you...
