    I would like to say how my visits went @caerphillyvets When I first visited about 5 years ago, I was told my dog had fleas! So left there with a 180£ bill & told to buy flea stuff for home! So I did, spent 300£ on deflea home, even bought pet hoover, yet my dog continuously kept scratching after all the flea doing Took my ted back to vet, and low & behold, before even looking at my ted, she ..vet said he got allergies. The last time I took him, well it was horrendous, a young lady who we've never seen before starting to examine Ted she stayed silent didn't even explain Awful experience tbh. I told them that I'm on benefits and money was scarce, they didn't tell me about getting medication for Ted online, which is a lot cheaper In all , I found my experience with this vet abysmal! Money oriented not care for pet I've know found a caring veterinary clinic, with , compassion & Empathy

    Our cats had their annual boosters and we went to the new Caerphilly Vet Practice in Castle View. What an amazing facility. It is modern, clean and well designed. It started with a warm welcome on reception from Sue and Tracy and then there was a special cat waiting area to help them feel safe. Lucy the vet treated our cats like they were her own and we felt they were in safe hands. We would recommend Caerphilly Vets.

    I swapped to Caerphilly vets as I had some concerns about his treatment in older age. The gulf in quality of care was stark. They really stuck with Charlie to the end, and Charlie loved to visit too. Honestly just the best care I could have asked for. We lost our boy just yesterday but I really wanted to take an opportunity to share what an awesome experience I had. Top service, excellent care, thank you so much for everything.

    The staff are always professional and friendly making you and your pet feel at ease. My dog went for her yearly vaccinations and checkup feeling very relaxed jumped straight onto the weighing machine because she knows she will always have a treat. I was given the chance to air any concerns I had about her. The vet was lovely to my dog throughout the consultation.

    Have my 2 boys and 1 girl registered here. Best vets I have ever been to after moving from another vets that did not like. They always fit me in and listen to the problems. They explain everything in detail, very compassionate, the staff go above and beyond especially Luke, Jenny and Alex. The receptionists are very friendly always have a smile on their faces when greeting their customers. Would not trust anyone else to take care of my 3 babies. Keep up the good work caerphilly vets xx

    Our two cats here since they were kittens and have had nothing but good experiences. We usually see Sandra who knows them by name and does a great job at keeping them calm. We've had to pay a visit a couple of times (neutering and minor illnesses), and as first time owners have really appreciated the advice/guidance we have had. Top notch, definitely recommend.

    Great service, quick appointment at a suitable time, once arrived they seen us straight away. Vet was very friendly and checked over my dog fully, gave a 2 week prescription so battle a tail infection and the following day I seen a difference in my dog, settling finally. The bill was reasonable too. Would definitely recommend.
