I found out about hollybush clinic from a colleague in work around 5 years ago who recommended him for pain I was getting in my back. I’ve never heard of an osteopath before but I was in so much pain I’d give anything a go. I actually live in aberdare so it’s about 14 miles to the clinic from my house. After my consultation with John and treatment I left the clinic with tears in my eyes because of the relief that I’d found someone who was able to relieve the excruciating pain that I was in. Since then I wouldn’t go anywhere else and have recommended him to other people in work and they have said the same. I’ve also taken my 16 year old son who had an injury from rugby and my wife has also been. I attended today Thursday 11th April for more treatment on my neck that had locked up and now all good . I’ve found John to be more than helpful and would happily recommend him to anyone. You pay for a service and John’s experience is second to none.
After being a tad late for my appointment I had a call off the receptionist to say my appointment was cancelled and had to schedule another day. Two weeks later I had a letter to say I still had to pay £65. When I phoned them back to explain I wasn't going to pay because they had cancelled on me just as I was arriving they threatened the debt collectors on me. Clearly John has no interest in your health and cares only about the money. There is a much better, cheaper and more caring osteopath clinic in Pontypridd, please try those instead. To add to John's reply, I wasn't 45 mins late but 20 minutes when I was told he had to cancel to go on lunch, I was in pain walking up to his house around the corner at the time. Phoned many times, receptionist was nice but John declined to talk.
Excellent! John is the only one I would ever go to and recommend him to everyone with any musculoskeletal issues. He makes a thorough assessment and has a professional pragmatic approach.
John is very clever, I am suffering with tmj and John after just a few visits has helped tremendously relieve pressure to this problem, I would 100% recommended a visit, definitely don't suffer like I did for too long
