Been with this vet chain for 12+ years. First time my pet has had a procedure and the staff were amazing. Friendly, transparent with everything and took time so didn't feel rushed.
Excellent Vets, I have been with them for 10 years and have never been disappointed. The nurses and receptionists are always polite, friendly, and helpful, typical bubbly valley girls ( I'm English, for my sins, lol ). I always get a quick appointment. Would highly recommend.
This place is amazing & will treat your pet as if it were there own & I highly recommend them from my own experience with them. My cat, Charlie, got run down & I rushed him here, as soon as I entered I asked them to help my cat who was in a very bad way, immediately they rushed him into the back, they offered me a room to clean up as I was covered in hair, blood & mucus & then after about 10 minutes the vet Emilia Brewka explained to me that Charlie only had a 20% chance of survival & he would need surgery on his jaw as it was fractured badly, he would be blind in at least 1 eye as it was ruptured but the.other had also been damaged as the optic nerve had a lot of pressure on it from his swelling & also from the impact of him being hit,....he was in a bad way & I had to make a decision....I went for a walk for 20 minutes & during this time they calmed him down gave him medication & took xrays. Miraculously, after they operated on him & put him on medication & calmed him, he made a comeback & is now enjoying his life again, unfortunately he is completely blind but he's adapted very well to it & to think I nearly lost him just a month ago. The staff & vet made this possible for "Charlie" & I will always be thankful to them for giving him his life back. (please see pics, not in order) I highly recommend them to all, outstanding service, caring, thoughtful & they treat your pet as there own. 10/10 5 Stars.
Amazingly friendly staff who go out of their way to make sure you know what your pet needs and explaining anything to you even without being asked. They go above and beyond for animals no matter what size, I've got Rats/ cats/ dogs and house bunny's and this vets is the most well informed about different animals needs and also health problems that can arise. Wouldn't recommend anywhere else.
Thank you for the kindness and compassion shown when our cat Kitty was so poorly. Thank you for being so gentle to her when she was put to sleep.

Absolutely discusting the way my dog and mother was treated. We took our dog here. After telling the vet what was wrong no proper examination was done she was given antibiotics we phoned again 2 days later to be told only appointment is Monday, our dog wasn't well at all. We took her Monday to be told she got kidney failure and needs to be put down. The next day we took her back to be put down, the vet asked us if we would like a piece of our dogs fur and paw print and we was deliggted to have a keepsake as we lost our dog. When we went to pick our dogs ashes up we was given the bag with the ashes and the vet words "there she is" Absolutely discusting. When we looked in the bag no paw print or fur. When we asked the vet. He forgot to tell the girls. The day we picked up the ashes we had a leaflet to say we could of took our dog down the cremation place to wait that day, we was told nothing at all only after picking up the ashes.. when our dog was getting put down we was asked how are we paying. Its all money there. I will never take another dog here and definitely wouldn't recommend.
