lovely practice; even the receptionist has great knowledge. she recommended me untamed and it worked so well for my cat, lovely vets, the lady vet was very nice and friendly and showed me how to clip my cats nails fast. brilliant overall.
I absolutely love sue the receptionist she will do her up most best to help me and my pooch.
Vet was absolutely amazing with my two cats (who have two very different personalities). My eldest cat is known to be aggressive as vets and the vet was so understanding and reassuring, and offered help for future visits. Really recommend.

My dog is very nervous and shy of people she dont know .The vet who saw her helped her settle down to give her booster and kennel cough ,and good examination even managed to check her teeth really happy with service Lizzy came from the vets with a waggy tail .
I was extremely nervous bringing my two kittens to the vets for the first time and have never been to this particular practice before. I cannot thank the staff enough for immediately calming my nerves! The receptionist is incredibly down to earth, friendly and a fab sense of humour. She also very patiently broke down the pricing systems for me and allowed me to choose options more suited for me which I really appreciated. The vet was absolutely incredible. She is so kind and compassionate and her passion for her role is very evident in the way she gently and lovingly treated my girls. My kittens showed pretty much no nervousness during their check up and that's all down to the talent and kindness of the vet (I do apologise for misplacing her name as I wish I could credit her directly!) She took her time giving me tons of fab information and advice, and was just an overall pleasure. Thank you to the staff here!!
Recently took my dog for his annual checkup and inoculations. My appointment had been booked into the wrong branch , but luckily my branch (Mountain Ash) could accommodate. Vet I saw was lovely, communicating throughout. Gave advice also. Much better than my experience in another branch(Merthyr Tydfil) during covid lockdown. Otherwise the rating would have been quite different.
My beautiful cat, Jill, over 20 years old. Had problems finding a vet as she was quite ill. Ash surgery came up trumps. On phoning, the receptionist was very professional and caring. Arranged an appointment, knowing that my Jill was near her end. The vetinary surgeon was marvellous, so caring and thoughtful not rushing me through any decision. Unfortunately Jill needed to be put to sleep. Everything was done to make this as easy as possible and the receptionist on paying our bill was so considerate and caring. Thank you Ash, has certainly helped to make my loss a bit easier. Would recommend your practice without hesitation. Thank you so much.
