   Took my dog to be groomed, £55 later only for him to smell the exact same 25 minutes later. I contacted the staff and they offered a free de-shed next time. Absolutely never again.

   Went there when we picket up our 11 week old Labrador, he’s now 16 weeks. The staff were absolutely wonderful, couldn’t do enough for us and made sure we had all the freebees for our new puppy. So much so that we regularly stock up our pup and cat food, toys, harness, leads, bowls, shampoo. Thank You Pets at Home.

   Sold me rats but refused to sell me a cage unless I bought the massive one which was over £100 then wanted the rats back if I didn’t buy the more expensive cage. Talk about ripping off customer and cornering them to squeeze more money out of them p.s. I had already bought the large cage but said they needed their own LARGER separate cage and it would cost me £110 or so CAUTION!

   Always very low on stock. Yes, you can order from their website but with dog things you want to see the item, try it on them etc. Needs more sustainable snacks too, it's either cheap chicken or glycerin products.

   Perfect shop for pets and pet services. Pets Vet services, pet food, accessories, pet homes etc are available. You can buy Rabbits(8-10wks aged),hamsters and guinnipigs from here. Fish tanks ,fish and accessories are available too. You can also buy cat/dog and bird foods,bird nest etc.

   I have visited this store many times for aquarium supplies and pet supplies . From the minute you walk through the door am greeted with smiles and staff asking if we want help with anything. We have recently adopted a new rescue puppy .we were welcomed at the tills by a young female employee called SOPHIE. She guided us through the app on my phone and the offers available for puppy care . She was genuinely interested in giving us so much information about what was available to us as new puppy owners . Wow SOPHIE you are a sincere , wonderful person who has a love for dogs and making sure we were fully aware how the VIP app would help us . We were touched and overwhelmed by this wonderful lady . Thank you SOPHIE and thank u PETS AT HOME
