   This practice is wonderful. Every member of staff has been kind, friendly and efficient. Yesterday, my daughter and I took her very ill chameleon there and we spoke in depth to Sophie and after her examination of Audrey my daughter decided that euthanasia was best for her chameleon. We waited in a private room and said goodbye to her. Adina, veterinary practitioner, was brilliant, so empathetic and sensitive, arranging Audrey so prettily at the end. We highly recommend this practice without reservation.

   I can’t thank Origin Vets enough for the care they gave Maud, my pet skunk, during her neutering. They were so attentive and gentle, treating her with pure kindness. After pooping a huge worm, the way the vet took her time without force, made me feel so safe. Their calm and caring approach made the entire experience stress-free for both of us.    I went to get my rabbit vaccinated and have my hamster checked up recently and I couldn't have been more happy with the service provided! I was seen by dr Sophie jenkins with a vet student and they both showed a genuine interest and love for my pets and gave each of them plenty of attention and a thorough check up while still being considerate of their stress levels. They were transparent over costs and it was clear that they had my animals best interests in mind. Highly recommended this practice will be coming again to get my rabbit neutered and couldn't be more at ease leaving him in their care.

   Sophie has been absolutely amazing with my tortoise Henry. It gives me so much peace of mind that she is experienced with treating reptiles and diagnosing any problems that can occur with them.
