Excellent vet practice in every way. would recommend highly. We have two cats and a tortise under their care and we are so happy to have found a practice who treat clients, both animal and human, with absolute respect and professionalism. Great also to find a vet who really knows about tortoise care and husbandry.

This practice is wonderful. Every member of staff has been kind, friendly and efficient. Yesterday, my daughter and I took her very ill chameleon there and we spoke in depth to Sophie and after her examination of Audrey my daughter decided that euthanasia was best for her chameleon. We waited in a private room and said goodbye to her. Adina, veterinary practitioner, was brilliant, so empathetic and sensitive, arranging Audrey so prettily at the end. We highly recommend this practice without reservation.
I can’t thank Origin Vets enough for the care they gave Maud, my pet skunk, during her neutering. They were so attentive and gentle, treating her with pure kindness. After pooping a huge worm, the way the vet took her time without force, made me feel so safe. Their calm and caring approach made the entire experience stress-free for both of us. I took my bearded dragon for her initial health check today and was blown away by the knowledge and care of all staff. The amount of detail they went through to ensure my beardie’s viv was correct was amazing and they also helped advise best food and cleaning procedures( this is my first reptile) When we discovered she needed some treatment they explained everything clearly and in depth. Thank you guys.
Massive thank you to Dr Sophie and the team for helping us with our snakes issues they have been to our home twice now to help us get all our animals tested. Always a polite and professional manner with everything explained perfectly well so that we can understand what's been done and anything further we need to do. Can't recommend them enough if you have any issues with you're reptiles these are the people you need to see to help you get things sorted 5*
Took my terrier due to emergency. Mr Easton was on duty. I don't think my old boy has ever been examined so thoroughly since he was youngish. Wish he was our vet.
