   The care my dog Cassie has received during our visits to Vale Veterinary Centre have been second to none. Roberta and her team are always friendly and welcoming which gives us clients confidence in the care our pets will receive when visiting the centre. Cassie has recently had surgery to remove some lumps from her skin and the information I received pre-op and the wonderful care and special attention she received on the day of her procedure and post-op were very professional and caring and her needs were totally met. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Roberta and her team for making our visits pleasant and giving me confidence to continue using Vale Veterinary Centre in the future. Thank You

   I was astonished to see my rough collie had had all his knots combed out and further matted hair shaved off, this is something I've been asking the groomers to do for years and this wasn't part of the procedure and I wasn't charged for it. My dog feels safe at this practice. It's s been the best move I've made, moving to Vale veterinary centre. Thank you for taking good care of coco

   Thank you everyone at Vale in Newport. Always care for our Winnie amazingly. Very friendly and no hidden costs. The VIP scheme they have for dogs certainly pays for itself and saves you money.

   Our experience with this practice has just been positive! I’ve searched for 2 years to find a practice in Newport that had available appointments for my pet and they were very accommodating and friendly. They’ve taken great care of my precious one, and I’ve only ever experienced the employees as caring, informative and experienced. The costs are also very reasonable, thank you. I’ve also taken a stray cat to them and they’ve given her excellent care and provided me with great advice on how to reunite her with the owners, which was very helpful and successful. The only recommendation I have is to implement some sort of system to keep clients updated. If you promise to keep pet parents updated regarding specific needs, or follow-ups due, it is important to follow through, especially with vaccinations xx

   Absolutely love these guys at vale vet newport . They go above an beyond to help there's nothing they wint do to help you and your fur babies... from service to treatment to support all 10 out of 10 I can't fault them at all the vets are brill the receptionist is brill so helpfully and the nurses are lovely they do everything they can to help and support you . You actually feeling like they have helped and not just happy taking your money , they actually care about your animals .

   I cannot emphasise enough how fantastic this vets is. I attended on an emergency appointment after my rescue guinea pig Embe took very ill. They treated me with the utmost dignity and respect, shared in my pain, and remained empathetic and professional throughout the appointment. Sadly Embe was PTS, but my vet Richard talked me through the entire process and supported me to remain with Embe until the end. I have now registered my remaining 6 guinea pigs and my rabbit with them, and couldn't see myself going anywhere else. Thank you to Richard, the nursing staff, and the receptionists for being exceptionally kind. I will not forget it. RIP Little Embe ❤️

   I can only highly recommend Vales Vets Newport. As soon as you walk through the door you are welcomed by Louise. All the staff are very caring , have looked after my pets well. Like us all we need to trust the people who are looking after our loved ones. Daisy my chocolate lab had a tumour in her bladder removed successfully . Only last week one of our cats were really poorly, I didn't think he would make it. Thanks to the vet's and staff they are both doing well. A big thank you to you all.
