   I cannot recommend this veterinary group any higher. We had a home visit for our cat Mitmus to have his booster jab, claws trimmed and health check. We were visited by George the vet and a veterinary nurse who were both ultra professional and showed a genuine care for animals. Courteous, polite, informative and knowledgeable. We wouldn't entertain trusting another veterinary group to care for Mitmus. Outstanding service from start to finish. Special thanks to Carley the practice manager for her help and understanding.

   We’ve been taking my girl Roxy there since it was Jones the Vet. Over the last year or so whilst my senior girl was starting to decline, Sian and Jorge have been wonderful. They gave her the best care. Lovely Jorge and Lisa came out earlier this week to help her across the bridge and we were so happy it was them. They made a heartbreaking time so much more bearable. Kind, gentle, patient, compassionate. We’ll always be grateful to Jorge, Sian and Lisa.

   Highest prices around ( Summergrove Newport ) . Best to look for a more professional vets . We needed papers for our dog to travel into the Eu and were told that they could do this as they have a vet training . She was unsure about doing it but due to time restrictions that we had we had no other choice but to use them. They also charge the most in the area if not in England as well . They said £175 and then the £45 to see the pet just to listen to the heart . This only lasts 10 days so you must use it or lose it. We also made sure that we could enter with our pet due to the madness of covid rules. They were very worried but did so. However only one person is allowed into the reception area unless you are paying and then the covid rules dont apply Haha. Vet needs more training if she is going to charge the most in the UK for this service and not even know if its okay for all eu or just to enter France. Parking is fine outside or around the back. They dont have any deal for the cafe next door to allow pets in while you wait for your pet to be seen. This would be a great idea but lost on them all. Vet was very scared of our pet and we found this very strange as we have worked in a vets before ourselves and they should not be scared to work with animals.
