“We received excellent service from fabulous staff after an emergency with our Labrador on Christmas morning! We had an appointment within an hour of contact and when we arrived were seen straight away! Our dog is nervous attending the vet but after successful treatment and the care of the staff he was absolutely fine!! A huge thank you to the staff at Vets Now!!!”

“Hollie is quite literally incredible! Our two dogs, Laurel and Hardy are totally besotted with Hollie and get so excited when they see her. She looks after them with kindness, consideration, love, affection and a great deal of care. Dogs are so intuitive on good natured people and I trust my boys instincts above everything, so when we come home and see them still bouncing around Hollie with excitement, it makes us feel so assured, confident, comfortable and at times, a little emotional at the bond and relationship Hollie takes the time and effort to build with them. Hollie has looked after our boys in our house from a couple of hours to days at a time when we are away, we get regular updates, pictures and videos, stories and good morning/good night messages. We come home to a spotlessly clean house and two very satisfied, stimulated, happy dogs. Hollie also takes them on the most incredible walks! I'm jealous of the adventures they get to go on. We are now at a stage with Hollie where we want to plan all holidays around her availability, purely because when the boys are with her we can truly relax. Hollie, we will never be able to thank you enough for the dedication and love you pour into the boys. Anyone who has you look after their special sidekicks are very lucky indeed x”

Shout out to Jodi who gave me fab advice about pet nutrition and helped my dog with flea repellent. £4 a month to treat your pet and you never have to worry about fleas again!”

“Teddy is an 8 month old cavapoo and had his puppy groom and now has had two big boy grooms. He literally runs through the store to get to the Groom Room, and is even more excited when he sees Beth. She has looked after him from the start and she has always does an absolutely amazing job. He looks a million dollars. She treats him with such care and understanding. “I brought my dog to Vets4Pets Newport Road after a rough experience at another vet in Cardiff. There are a few things I appreciate about this hospital: - The vets are skilled with good bedside manner, and I was impressed that they offer sonography, radiology, and orthopaedics. They also take the time to talk through your pets care with you and make sure that you understand everything. - They offer emergency services. Although my dog's case was pushed back a day, they helped another pup with an urgent surgery. I am from the States, and these cases nearly always get bumped to emergency clinics and speciality hospitals. - They respect my knowledge as a licensed vet nurse in the States. Other vets dismissed any concerns or knowledge I had of vet med. I've been in the field for 16 years, and I am a skilled nurse, so I appreciate that being recognized. - Their prices are reasonable. - Most of the staff handled it well when I was upset when my old dog's case was deferred to the following week (there may be some lingering irritation with me from some staff, but that is okay). The only issue I had was with an estimate being a little off, but that happens in vet med. They were able to fix some things to honor the price they quoted me.”

“I’m a new pet owner with my very first kitten. We’ve been to Vets4Pets a few times these past few months and have only had good experiences. All vets or nurses I’ve seen have always been very patient, caring and always willing to answer any questions. They always take good care of my kitten, offering him treats and being patient with him as he’s quite timid. The treatment he receives has meant vet trips are not a big ordeal or major stress for him. As an anxious owner I truly can’t thank the practice enough for making every visit as calm and stress free as possible”

“It’s a very convenient solution for accommodation. Very clean in the room and also the kitchen which is very big. Use the parking area of ASDA which is only 5 min walking. The staff was also friendly. If you visit Cardiff, %100 recommend this place. Suitable for couples as well. No issue.”

It’s rare to find such consistency week after week, but this hotel delivers it every time. The staff really do make the difference here, and it’s the reason I keep coming back. Holiday Inn Newport truly sets the standard for hospitality.”

She was very rude and didn’t have a clue. I just walked away and left me stood there so they called a lady call Janet. I can’t believe how helpful she was a polite, amazing lady I told a young girl she needs to take a leaf out of this ladies book you You might learn something thank you Janet again for being so helpful”
