   I came in a few days ago for a full head of highlights with shannon and it was gorgeous. I wanted to change up my look and she understood completely. I’ve never felt so confident in my life. Shannon was lovely, so talkative and funny. Everyone else that i talked to were also amazing offering me drinks and making sure i was having a good experience. I definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a good change in style.

   This salon is amazing!! All staff were amazingly caring from the moment i stepped through the doors. What a lovely atmosphere in the salon as well, everyone looked happy and like they actually liked being there. Would definitely recommend coming here i can’t speak highly enough of the place.

   Fabulous Hairdressers. Paw and all of the staff and Jelajo's owners are absolutely wonderful. The salon is spotlessly clean and bright and I have always had a big welcome from them. My little dog loves it there too. Fantastic and if I could put 10 stars for this salon I most certainly would that.

   Extremely Disappointed I rarely leave bad reviews, but my experience here was just unacceptable. I came in for a balayage, expecting professional results, but walked out with color that looked nothing like what I asked for. There was no difference between before and after hair colour. When I expressed my concerns, instead of offering to fix it or at least acknowledging the issue, the stylist brushed it off and told me "it's fine if you don't come back again." That kind of attitude is completely unprofessional and disrespectful. Not only was the service poorly done, but the lack of accountability and customer care was shocking. If you're looking for quality work and someone who stands by their service, I'd recommend going literally anywhere else. Picture attached is after balyage done. Thats not true. You were busy on that day. It was friday (which is understandable) i offered you that i can come tomorrow (Saturday). But you said come on tuesday which was 3 days later not next day. I explained you i live in manchester and i am going back on Sunday for which you replied very rudely that thats not my problem. So you are

   I’ve struggled for years finding a salon and have always been terrified and building the courage to go again after previous bad experiences at others however, I visited Suzie over a year and half ago now and will never look back, I have all my hair appointments planned first and make plans around my hair. I love going there and all the girls are lovely, my favourite place to be to relax have a laugh and get beautiful hair.
