   I would just like to say a massive thank you to Alison, Pam, Lorna, Lorissa and the other ladies who have worked here at HEADMISTRESS HAIRDRESSERS at the Maelfa shopping centre, Cardiff, over the years. Mum n Nan (who's just had her haircut after celebrating her 91st birthday by Lorna) have been coming here for 50 years, this year, and the ladies always do a fantastic job and are always welcoming and lovely. Definitely recommend this place. Thank you.

   I had a cut and blow dry, I have never had such a bad cut that should have been straightforward. I look lopsided with one side longer than the other. The layers are hacked with steps in them. The fringe is on a slant and overall it is far shorter than I'm used to. The stylist is either incompetent or very lazy with no interest in her work

   My first visit to the Headmistress Hair Salon! Fabulous!!! Clarissa did my hair and I’m very very pleased with it. My hair has been a terrible mess since Covid Clarissa and her expertise made me feel a million dollars. Thank you! Covid distancing and cleanliness excellent. Staff very friendly and helpful. Prices reasonable and will be returning to Clarissa in a few weeks for colouring. Thank you!

   Went here for my first ever cut 2 yeas ago to see what they were like and now I wont go anywhere else. Clarissa sat me down, asked me what I fancied, gave me advise and had lots of time for me with her suggestions. All the girls are so friendly, always have smiles and look after their customers. Prices are reasonable too. Well done Headmistress! Keep up the good work.
