   I have been going to this barbershop since living in Cardiff (9months) never once had a bad experience until now. I think it’s appropriate to judge an establishment based on how they treat the dissatisfied customers than the happy customers. Today I was not only dissatisfied but also physically cut and my confidence left bruised. I was cut on the side of my face whereby my barber was forced to get a cotton bud and try and clean my face up from the damage he caused. Due to the obvious embarrassment he felt he then stopped my haircut, didn’t blow dry my hair, and didn’t offer me any hair product. This may seem like a petty comment but every other time I have gone to KS this has been offered. I was sat in the middle of the shop with the two owners of the shop next to me, who clearly had seen what was going on. I was offered no apology, did not get the finalised haircut I wanted and was not offered a discount for the bad experience. This has caused me great discomfort and I understand my barber was also uncomfortable knowing what he had done, but as I am the customer I should’ve been the one looked after and he should’ve sucked in his pride and done everything he could’ve done to look after his customer. It is a great shame, and frustrating after using these guys for such a long time. However, I will not be returning and hope this review helps others make a careful decision in choosing a barber.
