   Not a good experience. Took my Pomeranian for a groom and arrived on time. Signed a piece of paper with my details and the details of the groom. The collection time was 11.30am. We had to pop back to ours because we had a baby "emergency" so we were running fifteen minutes late collecting our dog. The lady said on the phone said with a rude tone there was a £5 late fee for every fifteen minutes we went over. When I arrived I explained I had never heard about this late fee and was showed the back of the paper I signed (which was never shown or given to me). I've also since read on the website it's for every 30 minutes. I could understand the fee had I been informed, or had it been busy- but my dog was the only dog there and no one was waiting. The lady was rude when I said I wouldn't be paying it. It's bad service for a groom that already costs £49 for an hour's work and especially when I'm sure the staff are paid minimum wage so who is that much of a jobs worth to want to get an extra fiver for pets at home and be rude in the process. The groom is also uneven in places. Safe to say we won't be back.

   We took our show cocker for a groom a couple of months ago and specifically requested that clippers are not used and scissors only due to the effects this can have on their double coat. We picked him up and we were assured that clippers were not used and they used a de-shed tool. We took him back to the groomers this morning for an appointment and asked for the same to then be told that the notes say that during the last groom, they used clippers. Not only did they ignore our request and complete a groom we did not consent to, they out right lied about it too. Our show cocker has a patchy coat as a result.

   Initially, about a year ago - they were great. More recently, they've been awful. My dog comes out with a very uneven cut, straggly hair everywhere, and claws that were just as long as when he went in. I called them out on it, and they've accused my dog of being a biter and making it unsafe - my dog is the friendliest, most loving dog I've ever met. He's never gone to bite anyone! Today will be his last groom here, shocking service!

   We have used these for a while now with our Retriever. The ladies are always pleasant and our dog appears happy to go in. We had a bad cut on one visit so I always made a point of saying that I didn't want all the feathering cut off. However, the last trim was awful! All the feathers gone, including tail. It looked like it had been done with a blunt garden shears. No shape, uneven, long bits hanging amongst the shortened bits. I was too shocked to even complain on collection. Two months on and it's still not back to normal, and the misshapen cuts are still visible. I had previously fed back that I couldn't understand how a 2 hour treatment could be finished within an hour. Obviously no care is taken so no time needed. We certainly won't be returning.

   First time taking both my dogs here. Website is painfully difficult to use when booking appointments on however, is the recommended method. We then had multiple issues with getting the correct information into the system and as a result, a lot of waiting around. I paid over £80 in total and specified the length they usually have, providing photos. My shitzu was a nice length however she had matts under her stomach and the hair inside the ears was not trimmed. My other dog (parson terrier cross) was returned longer than usual with and an uneven cut and her face was cut completely different to the photos. I have been cutting my dogs over the lockdown and as an inexperienced groomer, the terrier looked like someone with my level of experience had cut her. It was clearly a quick job however, looking at the price and the reviews, I expected a better execution.

   Had used once before and loved the cut but the lady had left to go to another store so this time someone else cut my 2 yr old Shih tzu. Omg awful. The blending between the head and body was terrible. His chest looks like she slipped with clippers. His one armpit wasn't cut at all and he had longer tuffs on his one back leg. And to be honest for £53 he didn't even smell that great. All other groomers I have used usually have him for 2.5 to 3.5 hours he was in and out in 1.5. Would not recommend.

   Very disappointed. First time tried groom room and last for sure! Booked in for bath dry brush and DESHEDDING TREATMENT. My dog (large) was ready to be picked up in 40 minutes which put me in doubt straight away. On arrival lady confirmed that DESHEDDING was done.When I took him home his fur was falling out everywhere. Had to redo brushing with mass of fur coming out and could get more and more! So what is DESHEDDING treatment for if your dog starts to shed even more than before?

   I won't take Lillie anywhere else. She's a 12 yr old Bearded Collie with arthritis in her paws. Ceri is the only groomer I trust to cut her nails. She is so patient and understanding and Lillie has full trust in her too.

   I have a very small dog who is often nervous and the ladies were amazing with him. Dobby loved being groomed and felt/smelt amazing! Its a lovely treat for your animals and definitely worth the money. Lovely staff and very clean!!!
