   Our regular pets at home shop that we visit. They sell a great variety of stock as well as selling small animals as pets The staff here are very helpful and friendly, with some showing great passion for the furry friends. Keep in mind however that sometimes prices here can be a little expensive. They sometimes offer good deals which makes the shopping experience much better. An example of what I mean by products that are expensive can be the cat trees, with some of the smaller ones offering 2 levels and being over £120 to buy, where you can shop else where and get really tall and study cat trees for a lot less. Seen some on Temu/Shein with a much bigger price difference. Dog food and cat food can be a little pricey at times also, compared to some other shops, but it is to be expected. Overall this shop is great for variety, can be a little pricey, but it is very convenient and the staff are very helpful.

   Just had my dog groomed at Petsathome, brilliant service ! I don't know why i didn't go here first instead of calling every independent groomer in Newport who either did not call back or refused as they only seem to groom small dogs. She does need to have a single appointment, so maybe why others couldn't accommodate. Glad I've now found a place where to take her , excellent value and very professional.

   Had such a great experience in this store. Chelsea was so helpful and built great rapport immediately. I found exactly what I needed for my pets plus more. Maybe Chelsea is the sales trainer, if not she should be. Totally recommend this store, ask for Chelsea

   Can't fault the service. We arrived from Cwmbran as we were after 2 male guinea pigs as we had recently lost ours. All staff were very friendly and very informative and we had decided to take Bits and Bob's who were adoption pigs. The staff member who helped us out ( Beth i believe ) was very very friendly and was very careful with our new pets. She clearly loved pigs and even showed us some of her own pigs too. She gave very good suggestions of accessories etc and made sure that they were comfortable in the carry box to take home! A different girl was at the checkout but was again, very nice and polite and very professional. Very interested in the pigs and that they were going to a hood home Overall a fantastic experience and the best Pets at Home we have shopped at! And ultimately, the pigs were well kept, healthy and are already loving their new home! My wife loves them so much, thank you!

   They haven't always got all the stock in that I'm after. But they don't seem to be on there own anymore. But all the staff are very accommodating, helpful and polite. And I do like the fact that when I turn up at the precise moment they close...... which is often!! They always let me in without rushing me around to chuck me back out again. And they always explain everything clearly and like they actually know what they are on about And that in itself is a dying trend nowadays. They have the personal touch!

   Visited on 4/11/22, Chelsey was absolutely incredible. Went completely above and beyond to help us with anything we needed, was so attentive and kind. She provides absolutely amazing customer service - I’ll definitely be coming back to this store just because of her!
