   So im a fussy guy and if I give 5 stars you know I was happy. See attached photos. Right thora and her husband are lovely !!! Norwegian couple, came recommended by a friend as this was lilys first trim, I was nervous of the horror clipper stories. I told thora I didn't know what I wanted, but I knew I didn't wanna lose her ear length! or her tail length. But I did say the back of her legs and behind her ears were starting to become unruly. Making brushing harder than it should be. But when I arrived back I had just my wish. My dog looked untouched to the naked eye. But immediately I noticed her strut. She knew she looked good, smelled good the whole shebang. Christmas has been an absolute delight having my dog so fresh and cuddly. Upon closer inspection I couldn't have been happier at thoras attention to detail and slight of hand. Managing to contour the length over the whole leg (something I hate to admit I was worried about as lily has such nice fur) I didn't want it to look manufactured! My dogs also 20 month old spaniel so can be a bit bouncy but I need not have worried for whatever the kind lady managed in 60 minutes was sufficient and I had zero effort other than taking her in and picking her up. She asked for 90 minutes but finished early due to whatever, maybe the fact I needed less doing. But I know she had been fed something lol... so was happily being played with when I walked in the door. No hassle no fuss is perfect. And price is on point Would 1000% recommend if your looking for experience and skill rather than just another chick with clippers

   Visited this shop on several occasions ,also purchased some birds from here,all healthy and lively. Avian light bought for my parrots, good advice given on the use of it and the benefits it would have.Visited today with my Amazon for a nail trim,staff very patient and caring when dealing with my parrot,quick and stressless visit I would highly recommend thier service.

   Almost all guppys are bended and geneticly damage and lots other fish look poor aswell, shrimps also look not the best. Been there 3 times and I always said I want straight guppys and nice fish, they sold me always "broken" ones. Seller is not deaf, they are just trying make "claun" from someone who have fish tank over 25 years, come on... It was just "enough" when bought most expensive fish food which was fully opened not sealed and I think someone take off genuine food and put inside different quality food for sure. I was definitely sure there was "seal" and I gone to Maidenhead Fish shop and my suspicious were confirmed. Same brand but inside different food. That was my last visit there. Hate cheaters and poor fish quality... No trust anymore... Avoid that place! Go to Maidenhead etc.

   Absolutely fantastic shop. Well stocked and cared for Tropical fish. Well presented and very good prices. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Only went in for a look and came away with some very nice fish. Will definitely get all my fish and supplies here going forward.

   I took my mums dog here this morning for the first time, so was a little nervous, but there was no need. Louis went in happy as larry and was just as happy when I picked him up. The lady was lovely who groomed him and explained some things she did, for example removing a small stone from in between his toes, his cut was lovely and they also did his nails. Really pleased with this experience and he his booked in for his next groom x

   Aquarium section is awesome, picked up 6 cordydoras, 5 glass bloodfin tetra and an apple snail. Friendly, knowledgeable and we also go to the shop for peanuts, millet spray etc any snacks for small animals/birds. 5/5 :)
