“We used We Love Pets Newport for the first time this weekend and are really pleased we did. We have two adopted kittens born in lockdown so they are quite nervous being left alone and are pretty timid with new people. Nikki was great with them. She came and met them beforehand and was obviously very knowledgeable and professional. She made me feel really comfortable leaving them at home for the first time. Nikki visited exactly when she said she would, did what we asked, and sent us photos of them after the visit so we knew they were OK. It was also clear from the photos that the kitties responded well to her and allowed her close enough to pet which is great for them. We will definitely use the service next time we need to go away and would recommend!”

She has looked after him from the start and she has always does an absolutely amazing job. He looks a million dollars. She treats him with such care and understanding. The kennels came recommended to me, but I was still a little nervous as one of my two can be quite unsure of other dogs - he loves them when he gets to know them, but can be quite barky initially as he's scared. I shouldn't have worried - he had a lovely time, came out not really fussed to see me, which I think is always a good sign, and next visit they both had their tails wagging and were really pleased to see the staff. Will definitely be visiting again!”
