   I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Pet Supply UK. I ordered two boxes of Butchers and one pack of Chappie for a client, but only received one box of Butchers and the Chappie. Despite my numerous attempts to resolve the issue, I faced significant delays and inadequate responses. On June 26th, I informed Pet Supply UK that I only received one box of Butchers. They assured me the other one would be sent out, but it never arrived. Repeated follow-ups from my side were either ignored or met with unhelpful responses. They insisted that FedEx confirmed delivery of all items, but the missing box was clearly never dispatched. Due to their lack of prompt action, I had no choice but to reverse the payment through my bank. This caused further issues, and instead of acknowledging their mistake, Pet Supply UK suggested I was at fault for not handling the situation better and demanded immediate payment adjustments, which disrupted my accounting. Their approach to customer service has been extremely unprofessional, culminating in an unnecessarily condescending message implying I was in the wrong for reversing the payment. My experience with Pet Supply UK has been frustrating and financially costly, as I had to purchase the missing items at full retail price elsewhere to meet my client’s needs. I strongly advise potential customers to reconsider doing business with Pet Supply UK due to their poor handling of orders and lack of customer support.

   Not Impressed, paid £15.00 for access to stock and services, to use them as a supplier. At first i got replies, then nothing, emailed several times, no reply. When i complained I got a reply, saying they had responded- not correct!!. i have since found good suppliers, who respond and are very helpful.I have had to accept i have lost £15.00 to this company!!!!! Not good at all!!!
