“I took our Cockapoo here for her very first puppy pamper. When I have bathed her it has been torturous, so I did advise the lady in advance that she might be a handful. Imagine my surprise when I picked her up and the lady showed me a video of my pup being bathed and loving every minute of it! She looked like a big ball of fluff when I picked her up and smelt amazing. I can’t speak highly enough about the staff who were absolutely charming and clearly love dogs. Would definitely recommend and have already booked our puppy in for her next pamper.”

“Took my two Shih Tzu's for grooming in The Pet Shop. They had flea and worming treatment done as well because my one dog won't take the tablets. I feel they did a fantastic job with my dogs as they can be quite anxious. One is more anxious than the other. They gave me good advice about my dogs for their anxiety. They were able to tell me that my dog had an infection in her ear so I could treat it properly. The price was reasonable. They look absolutely lovely, so pleased with they way their fur was cut. Would highly recommend them.”

“Our cats had their annual boosters and we went to the new Caerphilly Vet Practice in Castle View. What an amazing facility. It is modern, clean and well designed. It started with a warm welcome on reception from Sue and Tracy and then there was a special cat waiting area to help them feel safe. Lucy the vet treated our cats like they were her own and we felt they were in safe hands. We would recommend Caerphilly Vets.”

“Took our dog here for the first time this morning. He usually hates having his paws cut and isn’t used to going to a groomers for a groom as I’ve tried to do it at home for him. The lady was extremely welcoming and Fletcher was happy to be left with her. When we went to pick him up Fletcher looked very relaxed and looked like a new boy! They were able to shred so much fur off him, which is amazing and he smelt delicious. Will definitely be taking Fletcher back there and would highly recommend. 5***** service, thank you!”
