Trying to please and squeeze too many clients and their pets in before Christmas to the detriment of the welfare of the pets. Or just being greedy for money. I have been a client for sometime, I booked my 2 dogs in for grooming well in advance for 22 dec @1pm. All was well .By 5.30 my husband &daughter went to pick them up. My dogs were not ready, apparently Humphrey (my dog) had peed himself and they will have to rewash him..My husband said don't worry we will take them home and do it. Owen informs my husband that Bo (my other dog) has not been done yet and can we come back . They texted us back at 6.30 to tell us they were almost finished and we can collect them. That's 5 1/2 hours later. WHAT or were we my dogs all that time?. Their premises are small my dogs were in a holding pen while they squeezed in other clients. 5 1/2 hours to groom 2 westies. My dogs left distressed as was I. Sarah &owen weren't even concerned. I've passed this on to the council and RSPCA. This shouldn't happen to any pet.

I take my little mate to Sarah and Owen every few weeks. And have done so for a couple of years. Big bob loves going for his groomings!!! He is treated like a king even though he can be a bit of a handful. I wouldn’t take him anywhere else.

Took my Yorkie Ruby here for the first time after being recommended by some friends. Sarah was very friendly and new exactly what i wanted done. When i picked Ruby up she was so happy and she usually hates the groomers. Her cut was perfect and i am very happy and will be taking her there from now on.
