“This was my 1st visit to Affinity with my daschund Heidi. She is such a nervous & anxious wee dog. Her treatment by Rebecca was exceptional, she even got down on the floor to be at Heidi's level & talked her out from under the chair lol. Mind you Heidi does not like the collar, but needs must. Looking forward to her next appt in 2wks.”

“Kenny and I would like to thank each and every one of you for the wonderful care you gave and are still giving to Toby since he went for his surgery on the 18th February. From the moment I rang and spoke to Rachel and on meeting Phil the surgeon we knew Toby was going to get the best treatment.The love care and dedication of Phil was so evident .We arrived with Toby at 4.30 when Phil had his days work done and on examining Toby he did a scan and said he needed immediate surgery and was willing to stay and do all he could for Toby.His words of reassurance meant everything to us after getting devastating news previous that day from our vet that Toby was paralyzed and may be put down. Toby was cared for for 10 days after his surgery and we got phonecalls twice if not 3 times a day to let us know how he was doing(and we knew he was getting spoilt) and that put our minds at ease each day.Since coming home Toby has had 2 checkups with Phil ,and we have had texts and calls to find out how he is doing Honestly this is the best place ever and we would totally recommend this vets.Toby is recovering well and we thank each of the team for all their dedication, encouragement,love, professional care and attention towards our wee Toby. We wouldnt go anywhere else. Bonnie has a skin condition and is on steroids and yesterday we where their for her boosters and check up. She been look after well by the vet david beattie and her skin condition is under control and will be on steroids the rest of her life.we wouldn't go to another veterinary”

“When I phone dup I was out straight through and able to get an appointment within an hour. The reception staff are very friendly and explained the procedures re. social distancing before I entered the store. The vet is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and informative and was able to answer all my queries and had a genuine compassion for my pet. When I went back for a check up she was delighted with his progress as was I. I would be confident in returning knowing that he would be in the right hands.”

“Registered my cat here. The care has always been good and I've always gotten an appointment when I needed one. Those on Reception are really friendly and always love to see my cat. The vets themselves are very caring and knowledgeable but firm with a scared and hyperactive marmalade cat.”

It's never a nice place to take your pet but they made it as relaxed and efficient, ensuring my pet was as stressless as possible.”
