First visit to Garden Lodge, sistered with Rathgael Vets, Bangor. Had to take our little Cocker Spaniel knowing that she likely wouldn’t be returning home with me. Such professional compassion and ease to help our little pup on her journey. Thank you for your help and treatment.
Had an unfortunate encounter with a blackbird accidentally hitting the house window, rung them up and they were immediately willing to have a look at the poor fella, really kind and considerate staff who didn’t hesitate to have a look and try to see what they can do, thank-you so so much for your kindness even to animals who don’t fit the usual expected patient profile. Words cannot describe how grateful I am!!
Amazing and attentive staff, very warm and welcoming and help with put us at ease with a misdiagnosis from a previous vet. Special mention to the amazing staff, especially vets Sam and Gina. They were amazing in checking over our little duke, couldn’t thank them enough. Also, the amazing reception staff who couldn’t be more helpful. Would 10/10 recommend.
We have always used garden Lodge for our pets. All the team are fantastic and show they have a love and passion for what they do. We now attend with our 6th dog, Max and even though we have over an hour to drive we still wouldn't consider anywhere else.
My wee cat Milo was knocked down and passed away yesterday and was taken to the vets who had cleaned him so we could go and say our good byes to him top quality service from the staff and couldn't off helped us any more than they could do thank u from myself and my wife Sharon and desi lundy

As always my guinea pig loved his visit to the vets to get his nails cut and a hair cut. He loved his cuddles and was very relaxed. Professional staff friendly and reasonable price as well. Thankyou from Shaggy and myself as well
