It took me a long time to write this review. I originally thought I would just let it go, but the experience still bothers me to this day, so I feel I should share what happened when I left my dog here a few years ago. My family and I went on vacation for about 3–4 days. I don’t even remember where we went because we travel a lot, but that doesn't matter. When we dropped off my dog, I remember being given an option to have her bathed during her stay or not. At the time, not thinking much of it, we chose “no.” When we returned from our trip and my parents picked her up, they found her completely covered in dirt, filth and what my mother believed to be faeces although wasn't sure on that one . I was furious when I saw the picture they sent me. Unfortunately, I wasn’t there in person to pick her up, and my parents being people pleasers and not speaking English well didn’t say anything to the staff. It’s honestly unacceptable that just because we didn’t pay for a bath, my dog was left in that condition. She’s a small Shih Tzu/Lhasa Apso, and I can only imagine how uncomfortable and scared she must have been. She ended up getting sick afterward, which I believe was due to how dirty she was, and we had to take her to the vet for medication. I strongly believe in karma, which is why I stayed quiet at the time, thinking things would balance out on their own. I don’t know if karma has caught up yet, but people deserve to know what my dog went through. This experience has made me terrified of leaving her at any kennel ever again. Yes, maybe I should have paid extra for the bath but no one would ever expect that declining it meant my dog would be neglected. I’m writing this review years later in hopes that it helps someone protect their dog from being mistreated the way mine was.

Had my two senior chorkies booked in for 6 nights and it was thier first time staying here. They loved it! They posted photos daily of them so I knew they were doing ok. Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Would 100% bring them back again for another stay or for thier day care service ❤️ thanks again!

Lovely place! We can tell the difference in how we picked him up from here versus how we picked him up from the different dogs hotel we have tried. He was so relaxed after his stay. He's been looked after brilliantly, by a staff that loves animals and caters to the needs of each dog as if they were their own. German Shepherd's are so specific, and seeing him so happy in all the photos that were shared with us, just made my heart full. We will definitely be using your services in the future. You guys are brilliant.

My 2 cats stayed here for 8 days. When I went to pick them up during 'opening hours' I had to wait 20-25 minutes in the cold for someone to turn up to help me. It was only when someone picking up their dog went for a walk around the grounds to look for someone that I eventually was seen to. There was no apology. I was then charged for 2 rooms for 9 days despite the fact that they were seemingly in the same room for just under 8 days. The 'hotel' itself is also anything but. Little more than a cold shack. The animals there are clearly distressed judging by the cries coming from them all. My cats are hissing and fighting with each other for the first time in their 7 years together. To top it off the lady who delivered them to me did such a poor job of putting one cat in his carrier that he escaped on our way home and started jumping around my car.

Previous bookings on Facebook have been very responsive and my dog had a lovely stay there, the staff were fantastic with her, that was 3 years ago. Recent booking I've been left on hold for 2 days trying to get a slot. Every person had their dog booked in left, right and centred whilst they totally ignored me. I don't normally pull out the race card but I feel they've been passively discriminatory. Disgusting in this day and age. I have praised this place to others and was told they've had a bad reputation, given them the benefit of the doubt, now I know the reason why. Poor management, poor service, poor ethics.

We had a trip booked before getting our wee puppy and so had to find somewhere to take him for a couple of nights. I was so anxious about having to leave him, but the ladies were absolutely fabulous! Our wee one was thrilled and didn't want to leave after. Highly recommend and will be using again if needed

I have used this kennels for several years and had always been happy with the care and treatment my two dogs received. Last week when I collected them, one had kennel cough (fully vaccinated) and the other a fungal infection. I did contact them to inform them that I have had to take both to the vet to be treated. No response. Since Covid began no one is able to go into the kennels and see the condition of them. I have to wonder if they are still as clean given the conditions my dogs have came home with?

Been using here for years now, very good set-up and great service. We leave our cat in twice a year and they take really good care of him, he always comes back happy and a little fatter lol. Plus they do Facebook updates on the animals so my daughter loves to see what he's up to when we are on holidays.
