   From the moment you walk through the door the staff at reception always welcome you with a friendly smile and hello. We been with Gortlands over 20 years with all our pets. We wouldnt go anywhere else. Bonnie has a skin condition and is on steroids and yesterday we where their for her boosters and check up. She been look after well by the vet david beattie and her skin condition is under control and will be on steroids the rest of her life.we wouldn't go to another veterinary

   Even thought for some reason my usually very friendly labrador has become a bit odd when at vets, started growling when be examined on last few visits. Vets have been very patient and understanding. As usual friendly staff. Reasonably priced. Will happily recommend.

   Had my new kitten up yesterday for a check up & first vaccinations & flea & worm treatment. Joined their monthly cat plan so paid considerably less than I would have normally. Was offered a free months pet insurance too. All vets really nice & friendly. Have been coming here for years with my various cats. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

   Today I had the great displeasure of saying goodbye to my old Husky. I was bawling. The staff could not have been nicer, more understanding or more helpful. Thankyou for making this as easy as possible under the circumstances. Recommended.

   I have been using these vets for the last couple of years. Couldn't fault them. Unfortunately, I have had a couple of emergencies recently, and the vets have been fantastic. They are all excellent, I have had most dealings with Aisling, who is a behaviouralist too. Great with advice and most of all great with the animals. The receptionists are lovely and very helpful. Don't think twice if you need a vet. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

   Had to use out of hours, vets Now, very begrudgingly. Ridiculously expensive service yet they know people will pay because they care about their pets. Especially with taking my child with their pet on Christmas eve I expected a little more care but seems its all about the money with these people. I knew our pet was close to the end but they suggested we pay for scans and perhaps an operation on a 2 year old hamster.. He passed on Christmas evening. As I say, all about the money and nothing else, absolute disgrace!!
