My dog had an issue on the 28/12 Sunday, they were open and took my dog straight in with only a few minutes wait. Very quick and to the point diagnosis and treatment. Really brilliant and very friendly. My wee doggy is all happy as well

Emergency visit on Christmas day. Staff were really good with my two year old dog as she had gotten into a box of chocolates. I'm very thankful for her treatment and she is now fully recovered. The only reason I'm given 3 stars is due to the cost. Β£302 initial fee to be seen and a total of Β£415 for an injection to make her sick. I know it's an emergency service but prices are extortionate.

Outstanding emergency care and compassion when we needed it most! We had to rush our dog, Amara, to Vets Now at Earlswood Clinic on Belmont Road on Sunday 21 December after she ate fudge containing cranberries and sultanas, which are highly toxic to dogs. It was a frightening situation for us, but from the moment we arrived, the team were calm, kind, and incredibly reassuring. The vets and nurses took the time to explain exactly what was happening and what the next steps would be, keeping us fully updated throughout. Their clear communication and genuine compassion helped put us at ease during what was a very stressful time. It was obvious that Amara was not just being treated medically, but was being cared for with real kindness and attention. We were so grateful for how thoughtfully Amara was looked after while she was there, and for the way the team handled all of the pet insurance paperwork for us, which took a huge weight off our shoulders. Every member of staff we dealt with was professional, approachable, and supportive. We cannot thank Vets Now at Earlswood Clinic, Belmont Road enough for the care they gave Amara. Knowing she was in such safe hands meant everything to us. We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who finds themselves needing out-of-hours emergency veterinary care.

All the staff were so helpful when our dog was having seizures and she got such good care when she was there. Thankfully she is now home and recovering due to the help of the vets who took care of her. The staff here made a really difficult situation a little bit easier as we knew our dog was in the best place to help her get better.

Vets Now were so helpful! Couldnβt rate them any higher. We had an emergency with our youngest dog who needed his eye removed, they provided several options for what courses of treatment we could take for our boy - all while being professional and honest about our situation and odds. We really did feel comforted and supported in whatever decision we chose as a family. They made our boy comfortable for the night and they communicated with our own local vets about our dogβs situation which made the following morning for his surgery as smooth as possible. My family and I are so grateful for the services they provided. It was all quite scary as his odds werenβt great. Our boy had his surgery the following morning and done fantastic. Thank you Vets Now!

The vets who dealt with us on the day our dog was sick were fantastic. They were extremely compassionate with the whole situation. However, when we went to collect the ashes I felt that it was very quick and we weren't even told 'sorry for your loss' by staff. The pricing it quite expensive, but I do understand it is an emergency service.

The actual service at the vet was very good. The vet herself was very sympathetic and understanding and I wish to thank her for that. Your charges are in my opinion highly extortionate. I had the diagnosis from the dogs normal vet 2 days prior but yet you proceeded to charge a Β£270 consultancy fee that in the end wasn't completed not required. There was also a lot of emphasis on asking whether the dog was insured or not. Great service but unfair and inconsiderate charging would be my honest opinion.

I truly pray I never have to bring another pet to vets Now. It is about money and not about the care of animals. Very rude receptionist also needs trained, picked up her mobile and made a personal call and giggled away while I waited infront of her to pay and take my sick pet and extremely upset daughter home on Christmas Eve. I was disgusted by the whole experience. Our pet passed away 24 hours later.

Very good service. We were putting our much loved dog to sleep after 14 years . This was an out of your service and so we had never met the vet before... She was very kind to both our dog and to us. We felt a bit awkward for being so upset , but she was very understanding , she involved is in the procedure , explained everything and we were very very grateful ..

I took my dog Murphy there after he ate a grape, the vets got him in that night. They were amazing, they took great care of him, explained what was going on and let me know about the treatment options. I would highly recommend them if you need a vet in an emergency. (Murphy felt sorry for himself after his treatment, but was back to normal the next day)
