βRegistered my cat here. The care has always been good and I've always gotten an appointment when I needed one. Those on Reception are really friendly and always love to see my cat. The vets themselves are very caring and knowledgeable but firm with a scared and hyperactive marmalade cat.β
βThe staff are lovely and accommodating and Dr Joanne is down-to-earth, compassionate, and pragmatic. Our nearly 17-year-old wee dog remains energetic and his lovable, sociable self under Dr Joanneβs expert care, notwithstanding a heart murmur, and degenerating eye sight. We are very grateful for the care they provide, and highly recommend this veterinary service.β
βExcellent vetinary practice, so glad I chose Glenburn for my kitten. Staff are excellent, knowledgable and very welcoming. Highly recommend.β
βHave always had excellent service from Hollygate. All staff are welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. Have been with them for 15 years and would highly recommended the practice. My recent dealings with Rebecca were excellent. She telephoned and kept me up to date on every procedure and explained all my options. Could not do enough to help.β
βLovely friendly people always welcomingβ
βMr. O'Boyle is one of the most experienced and knowledgeable veterinarians I have ever been to. He has cared for many of my cats over the decades. His attention to detail and compassionate nature is second to none. His prices are very reasonable. Long may he continue to practice and care for animals.β
βHonestly one of the best vet practices I've ever been to and I have been to many Have been down twice in the last few days with my two kittens, receptionist was lovely, efficient & professional & both vets i seen were super compassionate, friendly, knowlegeble Knew exactly what was wrong straight away, very reassuring and explained everything in detail. And very reasonable price too which is always a bonus. Appreciate this little gem on our doorstep.β
βCame to larne to collect 2 puppies on Saturday 30th November. We weren't told they had to be microchipped. We certainly found out at the P&O port !! We missed one boat and they refused to let us on the next. !!. We had to ring your vets , after explaining our situation that we were not allowed to return to Scotland, a young vet opened up for us as an emergency and microchipped both pups. We managed to get a sailing with wonderful stena line after that and safely arrived home by 3.15 am . So much thanks to her , if it weren't for your lovely vet god knows when we would have got home.Thank You So Much Mrs A Dew , castle Douglas.β
βBrought my puppy here for her injection today & I had a positive first experience with this place. The receptionist is very helpful & welcoming. The vet herself was great with my pug & showed me how to clean my pugs ear's correctly. After this experience I will move my older dog to this vet also. Thank youβ
βI had to use Earlswood for my cat Bella when she became unwell, and my own vets were unsure what was going on. Unfortunately, her prognosis was poor, and she sadly didn't make it. All the staff from reception, vet nurses, and surgeons made my experience much less stressful. Even on her final day when i phoned to tell them my sad news they told me to focus on her rather than the money. They took time to know your pet, and even when I went in to settle the bill, they all still gave me condolences. Unfortunately, i had to use the out of hours vets who aren't aligned to Earlswood and I can say my experience with them was not positive or remotely caring and understanding (I will be providing feedback to that service separately). Earlswood is a private animal hospital, so yes, it is more expensive, but they know what they are doing. I wish the outcome could have been better for Bella, but the staff made that final few weeks less painful for her and that all that matters.β
βFirst class veterinary service provided at Cromlyn House Veterinary Hospital - professional and caring in equal measure. My older dog, a Miniature Schnauzer, who will turn 15 years old in 2 days time, has been a life time patient at Cromlyn House. Since late 2020 she has had multiple and complex health issues. The standard of care that she received at Cromlyn House in early 2021, when she was extremely ill, was above and beyond. That level of patient support and professional advice continues to the present day as she is treated on a regular basis for other unrelated conditions. Her monthly appointments at Cromlyn House since early 2024 have been an important factor in ensuring that her ongoing health issues have been addressed in live time and her overall condition and mobility has remained stable for over 18 months. Today she still enjoys a good quality of life, balanced against her advanced years. The fact that she is able to do so, and walks in the park each and every day, is testament to the staff, past and present, at Cromlyn House - veterinary surgeons, nursing staff and the administrative and reception team.β
βMichael has been treating my dogs for over 15 years and he is a compassionate, wonderful and knowledgeable vet. He offered dedicated and effective care on a near daily basis when our girl Mac developed pyometra and sadly died but if anyone could have kept her with us it would have been Michael! The staff are also well informed and offer very sensible advice. I highly recommend this practice!β

βAll the staff were so helpful when our dog was having seizures and she got such good care when she was there. Thankfully she is now home and recovering due to the help of the vets who took care of her. The staff here made a really difficult situation a little bit easier as we knew our dog was in the best place to help her get better.β

My fur baby has had to have a few procedures over the years and no matter what she has been through she still always gets excited and loves the vets. βGreat vets, had emergency on Sunday for allergic reaction, was quoted 380 for emergency vet. Vets for pets where open on a Sunday, total cost for antibiotic shot and something for the swelling Β£86 quid . The vet advised me to buy periton, for the next few days. No nonsense no over charging. Great manners with my pup.β

βOur cat was in pain and was finding it difficult to move around. We took her to Lagan Valley Vets and was very impressed with the service we had as we had never had to attend a veterinary practice before. This was after hours and can I give special praise to Rhianna, who although was In training, gave us great advice and made us feel very comfortable. Would recommend and try to persuade Lagan Valley Vets to give her a full time position.β
βBest vets. Very attentive and good with my dog.β
βI have used this Vet for 20 yrs and highly recommend both the Dromore and Moira surgeries, though parking at Dromore is more accessible. All the vets are excellent, Jenny in particular is superb! Jan is always patient and kind when I have a question or concern and when I have needed assistance outside surgery hours, even late at night, I have always received prompt advice or my dog has been examined. A 5 star service has always been provided here. A HUGE thank you to everyone!β
