No huffs or puffs about being called away from other work. I was called as soon as the surgery was over to let me know he was coming round. Very attentive.”

“We had to make the hardest decision to have our Beautiful Dog Rosie put to sleep at the good old age of 14 but she was a special dog to us as Rosie didn’t have the best start as she was found abandoned(dumped in a wheelie bin with her brother at 6 weeks) .. my Mother in law rescued her from the RSPCA snd there Rosie was for 13 months until my mother in law passed away suddenly and we fetched her home with us we have had 13 fabulous years with our snow and Beach loving dog gentle Girl .. When we took the decision we can honestly say we can’t thank enough the loving Caring and Professional way that the Vet and Nurse showed my Husband when they came out to our home so Rosie could pass over the rainbow Bridge in familiar surroundings .. it made losing her that little bit less stressful .. Thankyou once again to the wonderful Staff at Overdale xx”

“Excellent vets! Gentle and caring. Everything was explained clearly to me. The waiting room was calm and quiet. Cost options were explained to me. I felt no pressure to choose a particular treatment. It’s really useful that you can book online and you can get reminders for appointments. Also, there is a free car park for customers that might not be super obvious to new customers. It’s just next to the camera shop.”

“Lovely team, great vets and surgeons. I will be forever grateful for everything they did for my dog. After all his surgeries he had to be put to sleep, we were put in a lovely room separate from a vet room. The vet was nice and the nurse that came in after he had passed was so gentle and lovely, we collected some fur together and did his paw prints, although he was very large they kept him wrapped in his favourite blanket to be collected by the crematorium person. Such lovely, kind and caring people! Thank you from me and my boy, you made the hardest days of my life as easy as they possibly could have been!”
