“This is a very busy but great pharmacy. The pharmacists are lovely, friendly and helpful. The assistants (apart from one - who unfortunately is always brusque and a tad rude/unhelpful) are also approachable, helpful and patient. They always make an effort to get prescriptions completed quickly. The pharmacist often telephones to see how i’m getting along approx a week or so later, if I’ve been prescribed a new medication.”

They are so quick and deliver them to your door. my previous pharmacy was Boots who NEVER answer their phone and something is always either wrong or mossing from my script and 9/10 I have to physically go in to ask if it's ready and it usually isnt. “The owner Taj and all the staff at Totley pharmacy are so knowledgeable. They always go above and beyond to be helpful. They have on numerous occasions picked up mistakes that my GP have made with my prescriptions. Because Taj knows what my medications are he knew instantly that I could not take these medications and they interacted. I had to phone my GP practice and they admitted they had mistakenly prescribed them. His staff are all very helpful. If I forget to order on time that is my mistake but they always try to help me. The amount of abuse and rude customers I have witnessed while in the pharmacy always astounds me. You do not get this level of knowledge care and understanding with a chain pharmacy you only get this with your local pharmacy I would never go anywhere else”
