Jayden offers a program of recover, specifically tailored to you individual needs. It doesn’t matter if you’re a punter or a professional, Jayden is able to quickly identify a route to recovery. Every session was followed up by a plan of action via email, and Jayden was always happy to answer follow up questions, no matter how silly. They have all the knowledge, expertise and more intricate knowledge specific for the climbing community too. I've been for fingers, shoulders and elbows and they have always got me back to full power. My most recent sessions were with Jayden for the first time and he was amazing! Really friendly, open and explained everything as much as needed, with all the knowledge needed to get me back to firing normally and help my future with climbing. Even asked for a check up email from myself after a month or so just for an update on if I'm still injury free! Highly recommend.
