Recently started going once a fortnight. I do alot of manual labour exercising and climbing which gives me very bad lower back pain. After every session with Olivia l walk away free from pain and feeling nimble again. Can't recommend her enough.

Jess is very professional and knowledgeable. She is always very patient and takes time to listen and explain. I've been amazed at how much my posture and breathing have improved and the exercises Jess has given me have been really helpful. I'd definitely recommend her - I always leave feeling so much better.
Jess has been absolutely fantastic with everything, she never ceases to amaze me at how well she can translate my nonsensical descriptions of my problems or where the pain into something sensible and pinpoint the issue straight away. I was genuinely worried that some of the issues I had were just past of my life now and I'd always have to work around them but with her expertise and treatments I can see and feel things improving quickly. She's also really friendly, really engaging, definitely helps you feel at ease and her experience and expertise really shines through in everything she does. I really couldn't recommend Jess & kinetic as a whole any higher.
After an accident resulting in two broken bones in my neck and 6 months of Hospital visits and a further 9 month of NHS Physio treatment I was still unable to move my neck and resigned myself to the fact that "this is how life is to be from now on"! After a recommendation from a friend who assured me that Kinetics would be able to help I agreed to give them a try although I was quite skeptical. I was given a consultation in which I explained about the accident and what my main issues were. The Physio (Tom) was absolutely brilliant he was professional but more than that he was caring and really understood how I was feeling. He promised me that he could help although it was never going to be a quick fix. We started with "Be Activated" therapy and Tom explained everything what he was doing and what effect it would have on my neck. The physio sessions have been superb and I have gone from strength to strength. I have now got about 80% movement back in my neck :-) I can not recommend Tom highly enough he must have "Magic Hands" Thank You Tom you have given me my life back !!!!

I’m 31 and have had an issue with my hip for a few years now. I have been to see physios, osteopaths, chiropractors but have still been in constant pain.
