“I arranged my flu jab at this pharmacy as my local one had no supplies. Staff were friendly and helpful. The pharmacist on duty 7/11/23 was excellent giving the jab, and also very patient and informative answering some other health queries for me. I highly recommend this pharmacy. I wish it was nearer where I live so I could use it more frequently.”

“Fantastic little pharmacy and convenient for so many of us who live out of the way. However be aware: Every day they are open from 09:00-18:00 BUT CLOSED FOR LUNCH AT 13:00 - 14:00 so no service between these times. I have sent a request to make this change on the site for future patrons as nearly 20 people (including I) went there and either waited or had to leave as this hour closure was not indicated online.”

“Whilst not ideal we have had to visit The Pet Vet twice in the last three weeks and both experiences have been brilliant. From the warm welcome on arrival, clean waiting area through to the actual care it was as good as a visit to a vet could be. The consultation was on time with vet knowledgeable, informative and engaging. Great care and not ridiculously priced. Highly recommend The Pet Vet should you need care for your pet.”

“I had only recently moved to Boots as my NHS preferred Pharmacy and I am delightfully amazed by the standard of customer service and help beyond the call of duty I received. I had issues with my mobility device while in motion sending me into panic. The staff were up to help and serve me on the scooter, a good distance from the service desk. Quite an overwhelming experience. Impressive, delightful and one I am immensely grateful for.”

I was met by a very kind young lady who went to great lengths to assist me into the Pharmacy and get me comfortable while the vaccination was organised and then administered. “Park Pharmacy always go the extra mile, super helpful today. They took time out of their busy schedule to try and track down a prescription that was supposed to have been sent over before end of business. They checked and double checked only to discover St Francis Surgery had not sent it over. No one was available on Reception at St Francis, three of us waiting in queue. Eventually someone turned up and was told it will be sent over tomorrow. Communication is key!”
