   Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Something to remember is that certain flea treatments need to be authorised by a licensed member of staff and they’re not always available, depending on time of day, so check ahead maybe to save a wasted trip potentially.

   I would have given 5 starts if the man on the phone was not rude. I previously had a appointment here which was great and the vet was excellent. The medication and treatment worked on my cat. I was told by the vet I can call back and ask about other options for treatments in case. I did call back and the man spoke in a very rude tone and said that he would email me details of the medication options which he didn't. This put me off since before I was very pleased with Petsathome.

   Not impressed with the service tonight, two girls stood talking and I came to the till and clearly I interrupted their conversation, I asked about the pets at home cat litter that you usually if you stopped selling it, explained the £4 something one and one looked at me blank and the other girl was lent against the back counter on her phone staring at me and she told me it must be out of stock today I explained last time I came in there wasn’t any either and she said we haven’t had it for a while and just gave me the dirtiest look, I said oh I can’t even order it online and she said nothing just looked up from her phone and just looked at me like I had something written on my forehead if you get what I mean! Not the customer service I expect, lazy and rude. Very disappointed because other staff are not hire friendly most of the time and that the reason I gave it any stars at all. Don’t expect any help if you go in from these two girls!

   Came here to look a bunnies for my daughter . Clean and tidy .very busy so we had to wait for a while to chat to someone . She was very polite and helpful . I know she had to tell them what they have learnt but it went on and on . We were in there for ages. My daughter told her that she had already got one .

   Staff are helpful and interested in animals. The store is well-stocked with a wide range of products and their own label "Wainwright's" is good quality. Adequate car-park, but it can be busy at peak times. Join the VIP club for some useful discounts

   This store is well stocked and the staff are very welcoming and patient with their customers. I haven't used there vet's so I cannot comment on this subject. Like most pet's store's I find that they're a little expensive on most of their products which is a shame they know that people are struggling with the cost of living surely they could do better deals on all their pets products.
