“I first discovered Grovely Pets when my puppy's food was making him feel unwell and was advised he most likely had a grain allergy. They suggested a different food for him and it worked pretty much immediately! Have continued going ever since and every single time I've been met with such friendless and a wealth of knowledge - I would highly recommend! “This pet shop is a real gem in the Olivers Battery area. They are really well stocked with quality pet food, treats and everything else you might need. The staff go above and beyond to help make sure you get what's right for your pet. Some stuff is pricey but it's very good quality.”

“Very helpful and friendly lady, we were looking for charcoal biscuits for our puppy who has a dirty habit of eating poop and we were told to get these biscuits from an advise page, after searching around we found this pet store who sold them! She was good on giving us helpful advice. Thankfully our puppy has stopped eating poop now due to these biscuits! Hopefully I don't jinx it by writing this haha. Thanks for your help!”

Absolutely fabulous, every time I attend with my cats I am always greeted with a warm welcome and my cats are treated with love and care and attention, which reassures me that my cats are in safe hands. The whole team at Pet Doctors Botley do a fantastic job especially at helping to keep me at ease when it comes to Jonsnow and Wookie having their vaccinations , it’s a Mum thing. “I bought my dog Bambi in for her annual booster. She is a rescue dog and very wary of visiting the vets. The lady vet I saw was fantastic with her, and very reassuring. She also gave me some useful information about training and helping with Bambi's anxieties. I do see a different vet each time we visit, so there is a lack of continuity would be my only negative. But everyone I've seen has been lovely. And the Receptionist was also vey helpful. Thank you”

“Really nice store. Very helpful staff who were willing to actually check that the dog toothpaste was proper white paste and not these horrible new gels. I use an electric toothbrush on my old dog and only the white stuff is suitable, in my opinion.”

“Pet doctors Chandlers Ford are always welcoming and efficient. Today whilst picking up Mabels tablets, I asked about getting her spayed. I was given all the information I needed. Last Mon, Mabel had eaten something at a neighbours house and began vomiting and violently shaking. The staff at the vets were very calm, thorough in their questions and managed to get us into the partner vet in Southampton. They too were very efficient, thankfully Mabel recovered after 24hours. Thank you all so much.”

“Don't expect a plush outside. It's a ramshackle mix of huts but the products are dry and the service good. Head towards the tack barn area then turn right and then right again. You will be near the pay area and should find someone to help you. This place provided a much needed life line during COVID and is appreciated by the locals as offering good value on good products.”
