   The staff are so wonderful (a few faves have left, and there a couple who remain whose names I don't remember sorry!) But shout out particularly to Ash. He understands my idiot dog really well and seems invested in her confidence. I knew my dog would hate trying on a harness, but she trusted him enough to let him help. He makes space for her to feel comfortable around other (especially bigger) dogs, A good guy who understands dogs and their many intricacies. There is also a lovely woman whose name I don't remember (SORRY BUBS) who clearly has understanding of behavioural issues and reactive dogs, and chatting to her has been so rewarding and reassuring. Essentially, the staff in the Eastleigh shop are so invested and so knowledgeable that it feels like a bespoke local shop. My dog loves them all, and drags me in there at every opportunity.

   Popped in today to look for litter alternatives to Everclean (as I recently discovered they tested on animals). I was greeted by both members of the team with smiles, hellos and asking if I need any help. I spoke to Ash (I believe that was their name) and had such a great, informative conversation. I also learned that Pets Corner don’t stock any products that are tested on animals and always have animal welfare and sustainability at the forefront of the business. Came away feeling super happy with my experience in the shop. You’ve gained a regular customer today☺️

   We had visited your store as we were passing through, in the hope we could find a harness & lead that we had purchased from Pets Corner, for our dog a few years ago, that we hadn't been able to find since! We were given a warm and friendly welcome by Liam, who couldn't accommodate us anymore, even if he had tried. I had mentioned to Liam that Tillie had a sensitive tummy, and his knowledge & advice regarding dog food (& treats) was exceptional. My husband & I walked away feeling very confident with Tillie's dog food moving forward, and the advice Liam had given to us we will happily put into practice. The bonus was, Liam also found the harness & lead for us! We are very happy (and will be returning) customer. Thanks again Liam!
