“Pet doctors Chandlers Ford are always welcoming and efficient. Today whilst picking up Mabels tablets, I asked about getting her spayed. I was given all the information I needed. Last Mon, Mabel had eaten something at a neighbours house and began vomiting and violently shaking. The staff at the vets were very calm, thorough in their questions and managed to get us into the partner vet in Southampton. They too were very efficient, thankfully Mabel recovered after 24hours. Thank you all so much.”

Ace gave great advice about everything to do with caring for a hamster and they were also great with my young children, explaining to them things in a way they would understand and made them feel included in the special memory of getting their first pet. They checked over our hamster with us making sure she looked to be in a healthy condition- which she was. They also advised we downloaded the Pets at Home app to get ourselves 10% discount on our purchases, which was appreciated!”
