Same consistent service and product range as any pets at home. I bring my dog everywhere so its nice to know I can always rely on a pets at home
Large store, lots of variety of stuff. I often find that pets at home have one or two toys for birds and surprisingly they had many options (not the best options but anything is an improvement). The store was tidy and presentable. Overheard a staff member educating someone getting fish, always great to hear correct advise especially with pets that are often neglected. They have a very small selection of pets, personally I prefer that as the cages are toooooo small anyway. Adding a photo of the rehoming rabbit called Peter.
My wife came home absolutely distraught with the way she was spoken to at the groomers by the lady called Melanie really not happy and would not recommend will not be going back
One of the workers, Meg, was extremely rude to me today. She shouted at me and I was disgusted and appalled at her behaviour towards me.
We were served by Ace, whilst buying a hamster and they were so helpful! Ace gave great advice about everything to do with caring for a hamster and they were also great with my young children, explaining to them things in a way they would understand and made them feel included in the special memory of getting their first pet. They checked over our hamster with us making sure she looked to be in a healthy condition- which she was. They also advised we downloaded the Pets at Home app to get ourselves 10% discount on our purchases, which was appreciated!
Good variety available, although one of the brand was not present in the shop.
Bea at the store was AMAZING!! We were just buying some fish for our new tank and she was so knowledgable and amazing to talk to about it all, an absolute credit to the company
Typical Pets at Home store to be honest. All the items you would normally get from Pets at Home on offer. Store is clean and staff friendly and approachable. Plenty of parking. Also has a Vets inside.
